Guest UserEasy 10/10. Perfect location, impeccably maintained property — worth a visit on its own. Outstanding room quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Spot on.
A small story: I handed in my shoes for shining on the evening of our arrival, as I needed them for a ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theater the next day. Somehow, the hotel misplaced the shoes, and I had to leave for the performance in my sneakers. Natalia from the concierge desk tracked them down, drove to the theater, texted me the moment the first intermission started, and was waiting outside with my polished shoes and a shoehorn — then even returned my sneakers to the room. Truly impressive and completely unexpected! It almost makes you forget the minibar price list (though I still enjoyed the $15 pack of gummy bears). Tipp: try the insta breakfast in the room - another 10/10!

Oksana KulThe hotel is delightful! It's not my first time in St. Petersburg, and I've stayed in many places, but I've never encountered such friendly staff anywhere else! All the employees were super welcoming and left only a positive impression!
The hotel is literally a 3-5 minute walk from St. Isaac's Cathedral. There's also a pier just a minute away where you can take boat tours along the canals. Yusupov Palace is very close by (about a 10-minute walk) (not directly relevant to this review, but I highly recommend visiting it too!). Also, in about 5-7 minutes from the hotel, you'll be on Nevsky Prospekt, where other attractions are located. The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the city center, yet without the noisy crowds of Nevsky!
Regarding the rooms, we stayed in a double room on the fifth floor, and we absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed! Our stay included breakfast, and when we booked the hotel, we read rave reviews, and all those reviews were true. The breakfast is indeed very impressive! So definitely book with breakfast, you won't regret it!
The hairdryer in our room broke, so we called reception, and literally a minute later, a new one was brought to us. I honestly haven't seen such a quick response anywhere else.
The only minor drawback I can mention is that to get to the elevator, you have to walk down a corridor on the first floor where rooms are located. But that's not even really a drawback, just a characteristic of this particular hotel.
In summary: price, quality, location, staff – everything is top-notch! I highly recommend it! And from now on, I'll only stay here!

Vera2020Oh, how much I loved this apart-hotel! I had a short layover in St. Petersburg on my way home.
So I looked for a hotel close to the airport.
At first, we considered a more basic hotel, but then decided that even for 12 hours, we might as well make them count.
Upon arrival, there was a barrier, and the taxi driver was afraid to enter the premises, thinking he would be charged 300 rubles upon exiting. Don't worry, you can enter without fear; there's no charge for hotel guests.
Check-in was quick, and we were assigned a room on the 22nd floor. Oh my, the view was magnificent! We caught the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the room was filled with sun all day.
Everything was perfectly clean, both in the room and on the floors.
The room was quite spacious, with large wardrobes for clothes and carved shelves on the wall for small items.
There were dishes for cooking, a stove, a kettle, and a microwave. Nearby, there are shops with ready-made meals and groceries for cooking.
The only thing is, if your windows face south, as ours did, it can be noisy from the road. But in summer, you can keep the window closed and use the air conditioning.
The hotel is far from the city center, but a taxi solves that problem.
On the other hand, it's close to the airport, only an 8-minute drive.
When we checked out, it was evening, and a girl was playing the piano in the hotel lobby. I really enjoyed the stunningly beautiful music.
And on arrival, female guests received a tulip flower because it was March 8th. It was incredibly thoughtful to show such attention to guests.
The hotel has a pool and a spa, but we didn't have time to visit them, though I imagine they are just as wonderful.
The hotel has a very light, modern, and vibrant energy. Definitely stay here!
You can even bring pets.

Guest UserThis hotel is similar to a budget hotel in China, but the price is significantly higher. This might be due to the proximity of the Scarlet Sails festival. The facilities are quite old. We stayed for five nights, and the housekeeping was decent, although they occasionally missed replenishing amenities. I have to particularly complain about the disposable toothbrushes; the bristles kept falling out, which indicates a quality control issue. The air conditioner is very old-fashioned, and perhaps not used frequently, but it's incredibly noisy. It's impossible to sleep with it on at night.

QuanquanquanHygiene: First off, a big shout-out to the cleaning lady who serviced our room daily. It was the same person every day, and she meticulously restocked all the toiletries and water. The room was spotlessly clean. I bumped into her a few times, and even though we couldn't understand each other, I could feel her warmth and enthusiasm.
Facilities: The facilities were standard, nothing particularly outstanding. However, the 1.8-meter bed was considered wide for the local area, so I didn't have any other high expectations. We were assigned a room on the third floor facing an inner courtyard, with no view whatsoever. Initially, I wasn't too happy about it, but given our late arrival, there probably weren't many vacant rooms left. Plus, the main road was quite noisy with all the speeding cars, so I accepted the room location – at least it was quiet.
Service: The front desk service was decent. On our first day, we didn't have small change for the taxi fare before checking in. I asked the front desk to help, and they did. On the day of check-out, our flight was delayed, so I asked if we could have a late check-out. They extended it by an hour, which wasn't much, but I was still very grateful. We bought beer every day, so we'd call room service for ice, and they always delivered it quickly and promptly, which was great. The only downside was the greeters at the lobby entrance; they seemed a bit indifferent. Only one well-built gentleman was very friendly; the others were mostly expressionless and rarely offered help when guests came in with luggage, even with steps to navigate.
The hotel's location is good, with a Cinnabon store next door. We went there for coffee every day and got to know the staff quite well; they were all very friendly.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. First, the location is excellent, with a subway station, Asian restaurants, a mall, and a supermarket nearby. It's also close to several train stations, making it convenient for sightseeing. Second, the room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The only drawback is that the breakfast is rather mediocre; many dishes are just simply boiled, but it's still edible.

СНатальяThis apart-hotel is amazing! It's newly renovated with a modern design, everything is spotless and pristine, and every detail in the room has been thoughtfully considered. The sofa is incredibly comfortable, and the bedding, pillows, and duvet are all of excellent quality. There's panoramic glazing, and the window opens to a beautiful view. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need. There's a night light, illuminated mirror by the sofa, and separate light switches so you don't have to get up. It's quiet, and no noise bothered us. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it to everyone. When I'm in St. Petersburg again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. Everything is 100% perfect, excellent! A huge thank you for such wonderful living conditions and the hospitality of the hotel staff! With immense gratitude to all hotel employees!

Guest UserThis stay truly exceeded all my expectations, and I absolutely have to write a five-star review for this hotel! First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Whether you're taking a taxi or public transport, everything is close by. There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants in the surrounding area, so you don't have to worry about shopping or dining. Even going for a walk at night feels quiet and safe.
The check-in service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, and the whole process was quick and smooth, without any unnecessary or cumbersome procedures. They proactively informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and the Wi-Fi password, and even thoughtfully recommended local must-visit attractions and authentic snacks. Any questions I had were answered patiently and meticulously by the staff – their service consciousness was top-notch.
The interior of the guest room was truly impeccable. As soon as I walked in, there was no stuffy or smoky smell; the ventilation was excellent. The overall cleanliness and tidiness were surprisingly good. The floor, desk, and windowsill were spotless. The dry-wet separation design in the bathroom was very well thought out, and the vanity, toilet, and shower area were all wiped sparkling clean, without any water stains or smudges. The disposable toiletries were of good quality, the towels and bath towels were soft and odorless, and the hot water flow was stable with ample pressure, making for a great shower experience.
The room's amenities were comprehensive. The bed was moderately firm, the mattress offered great support, and there were two types of pillows (soft and firm) to choose from. Lying down was incredibly relaxing, and after a busy day, I could fall asleep peacefully very quickly. The soundproofing also deserves praise; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring my rest was completely undisturbed. The air conditioning responded quickly to both cooling and heating, the large-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi had smooth internet, perfect for binge-watching or working without lag. There were also leisure chairs by the window, making it very pleasant to sit and enjoy the view during downtime. The lighting was soft and gentle on the eyes, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The hotel's public areas were also very well-maintained. The lobby was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The sofas in the resting area were soft and comfortable, and drinking water was always available. The breakfast buffet offered a rich and varied selection, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. Hot dishes, pastries, porridge, fruits, and beverages were all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was on point. You could eat something different every day without getting bored. The dining area was clean and tidy, and plates were cleared promptly.
The cleaning staff were also incredibly thoughtful. They cleaned the room meticulously every day, proactively replenishing drinking water and toiletries, and responding super quickly to any additional requests. Overall, the hotel's safety management was excellent. The elevator required a room card to operate, and security patrolled the hallways 24 hours a day, providing a great sense of security during the stay.
From service, environment, facilities, dining, to value for money, I couldn't find a single fault in any aspect. It's perfectly suited for business trips, couples' getaways, or family travel. The next time I'm in this area, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends planning a stay – you absolutely won't be disappointed!
