The hotel is quite nice, very close to the Marriott. It's on the side of the road, so it's a little noisy, probably because the soundproofing isn't great. Otherwise, overall the hotel is okay.
It's an older hotel, but it was renovated last year. The lobby and rooms are freshly updated, though the rooms are on the smaller side due to the original old design and layout. Breakfast is pretty good and offers a good variety, and the service is decent too.
Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍
On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎
The room is big enough and clean, the service attitude is very good, and there are many varieties of breakfast, but it is a pity that it does not suit the taste of Chinese people. It is convenient to eat around, so it is generally good.
The adaptation was very cold even after trying to repair it as well as washing water heaters, customer service was informed and agreed to get a food compensation, except that it wasn't on the face that the hotel was honoring, it was disappointing and didn't respect the guests, and it was a service. The customers evaded the promise to put some of my bags in the icebox after they got it from me, they brought back my bags and water drips out of it, the supervisor was told all of that, and he got me well received, he offered a drink, and he said the manager would contact me, except that he hadn't contacted me until this moment more. It's 24 hours.
It was disappointing.
As a result of a big delay in one of our flights, we missed the connecting flight, so we booked the Radisson near the airport for the night. We arrived at the hotel half an hour after we booked on trip.com. It was late and we were exhausted after the flight delay. The hotel couldn’t find our booking. I don’t know if it’s trip.com’s problem or the hotel’s but I suspect it’s the latter’s. It took us more than half an hour arguing with the hotel that we have a confirmed booking that has been prepaid. It was frustrating as it was nearly midnight. We were very disappointed with the reception. Luckily the room was ok.

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

Amazing
GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

SShatha Al-HmoudThe hotel was super and amazing, I was there because I was attending a sports even in Riyadh Arena, and it was 10 minutes walking distance from the location. It was also walking distance from Granada Mall, which was good enough for shopping all your needs.
The room was spacious, you will be amazed by the space considering it is a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped with your necessities. I had iron, bath robe, extra pillows, extra bed covers, all in the room ready to use, without the need to request from the hotel.
The employees were helpful and their service was superb.
The breakfast was decent, small but it had all the varieties. The breakfast area was extra super cold, but this is a personal preference as some people like it that way...
An extra note that their check out is at 2.00 p.m. which actually amazed me, since all hotels checks you out at 12 pm.
I would definitely stay again there. Thank you

If you're looking for an unforgettable blend of cultural richness and refined luxury, Bab Samhan in Diriyah is simply exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s historic Diriyah district, this Luxury Collection Hotel captures the soul of Najdi tradition with world-class hospitality.
From the stunning mud-brick architecture to the serene courtyards and curated Saudi interiors, every corner of the property tells a story. The service is warm and intuitive — genuinely some of the best I’ve experienced. The rooms are peaceful sanctuaries, and the dining experience celebrates local flavors with elegance and creativity.
Bab Samhan is more than just a hotel — it's a cultural experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and a deep sense of place.

JJingshengThe room feels very upscale, the waiters are friendly, and this hotel is a four-star hotel. But we came during Ramadan and didn't have breakfast, so we ate instant noodles in the room. The price is relatively expensive.
