The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, and they offered valet parking. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit noisy being on the street.

Our balcony room was on the second floor, with no elevator access, but the staff are happy to help carry luggage up. Breakfast was a generous spread of traditional Turkish items: bread, cheese, various jams, and your choice of egg dishes. Our room was clean, and the bathroom even had an external window. The absolute best feature of this hotel, however, is its incredibly convenient location: it's just a 10-minute walk to the Izmir airport shuttle bus stop. As of April 2025, the fare was 400 Lira, and you can purchase tickets directly from the driver when you board.

Best place to stay because you can walking distance to some of spots. Staffs are nice & friendly even some of them couldn’t speak English. Cozy room and near to the bus & train station

Konum olarak harika bi yerde, genel olarak sessiz ve temiz bir otel. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler. Otopark yok ama otelin önünde yer oluyor. Kahvaltısı güzel.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very clean and very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king bed you either get harbour view or the street view. Breakfast was excellent with different variety of your choice. The roof top restaurant was spectacular harbour views. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

We only stayed here for one night but thought it was amazing and great value for money. the staff are so hospitable and helpful & there’s amazing spaces to hang out in the hotel. Room was clean and comfy. The bartender Yasin is great fun, provides an excellent service and makes you feel so welcome, it was nice to briefly get to know him. Breakfast is incredible and so fresh.

Friendly hotel staff nearby folkart I came to do business and it was close. I expected the interior of the room to be more luxurious for the price I paid. I paid almost 200 euros for 1 room, so I expected a nice room, but I did not get this and the smell coming from outside is cat food smells very bad. They had put me on a low floor, unfortunately not a high one. so the price/quality ratio is poor, I wouldn't pay more than €90 for this room but unfortunately I paid almost €200 for this room. unfortunately i didn’t take pictures of the room because i were busy with business otherwise i would add pictures of the room that i paid too much for it’s defo not worth €200.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

This was the worst hotel choice of my trip to Turkey. The biggest problem was the strong odor in the room; the bathroom was smelly, and the room had a different kind of odor altogether. Because there were no screens, a large fly got in when I opened the window for ventilation. Looking down from the window, I saw many garbage cans piled up below, no wonder there were flies. The view of the pine trees in the church garden opposite the window was the main reason I chose this hotel, but it turned out like this. People sensitive to smells should be very careful, and I hope the hotel can improve this situation promptly.
