My stay at InterContinental Hefei truly exceeded my expectations, and I just have to give it a glowing review! Full marks, highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✅ The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of Swan Lake. The lake view during the day is expansive, and the night view is dazzling, making for an incredible visual experience! ✅ The suite is spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed layout. The bedding is cozy, and the bathroom facilities are complete. The attention to detail and quality are top-notch, making it feel very much like home! The living room and bedroom are clearly separated, providing excellent privacy. It's perfect for enjoying the view, relaxing, or working. ✅ The service was efficient and warm. From check-in to room service, responses were prompt and the staff were friendly, making me feel truly valued. The food tasted great and was consistently high quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, balancing both taste and experience. Overall, my stay was comfortable, relaxing, and of high quality – absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hefei, and I will definitely stay here again next time!

This trip, I stayed at the Baiyun Hotel with my child while visiting Huangshan. We took a shuttle bus from the South Gate into the scenic area, then transferred to the Yungu Cableway. After getting off the cableway, we enjoyed the scenery along the way and hiked for about an hour and a half to Bright Summit. Baiyun Hotel is just a short descent from Bright Summit. I honestly didn't have high expectations for the accommodation, knowing how difficult it is to transport supplies up the mountain, figuring it was just a place to sleep. However, Baiyun Hotel pleasantly surprised me! First, the check-in process at the front desk was quick, and they even assigned a dedicated service butler to lead us to our room. The butler helped confirm our dinner reservation, explained the room facilities, turned on the heating, and reminded us that the rack above could be used to dry clothes. Although the room wasn't large, it had many thoughtful and meticulous touches. In addition to the standard amenities in the bathroom, there was a foot-soaking tub (with three disposable liners), and the butler brought us two herbal foot-soaking packs. Laundry detergent was provided on the wall, and there were two umbrellas. The room also had two clean down jackets available for guests who wanted to go out early. The butler even brought some fruit and local snacks. Throughout our stay, from dinner and breakfast to weather forecasts and check-out, the butler provided attentive and meticulous care. In the evenings, the hotel offered folk performances, and at 5:30 AM, they organized groups in the lobby to take early risers to a sunrise viewing spot. While the hardware might be limited at Baiyun Hotel, situated at the peak of Huangshan, its service awareness and attention to detail could rival many five-star hotels. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay on Huangshan mountain.

Rooms here are really popular! I hesitated because the prices were so high, and then the B-wing rooms were all gone, so I quickly booked a room in the A-wing. Turns out, the A-wing is more expensive for a reason! The breakfast area and even the B-wing itself are completely different the next day! The A-wing is in the same building as the front desk, and the rooms are fantastic. There were even four pairs of slippers inside! Saved me the trouble of having to go to the front desk to ask for slippers for the kids! When I checked in, I asked about adding breakfast, and they actually gave complimentary breakfast to my family, including the kids! Huge thanks to the front desk lady, Xiao Jiang! She even added me on WeChat and sent me the sunrise and sunset times (even though we ended up missing them). Though the room was a bit small, the layout was great, and it even had a window sill! It would be even better if there was a bay window cushion on it~ haha. The room also had two down jackets for guests to wear when going to see the sunrise – that's incredibly thoughtful! Compared to the B-wing where I stayed 7 years ago, I'd say, if you don't mind the extra 200, the A-wing is much better! Oh, and they also gave us a complimentary souvenir! Not sure if that's a special perk just for Chinese New Year.

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. However, I felt that there were not enough red beans, so I asked the waiter Mavis if I could add some red beans. I thought it was impossible, but the enthusiastic Mavis immediately went to the kitchen to look for it, and found that there were only cold red beans, so she immediately helped us steam them, so that we could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast. Thanks again to the two above.

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the clean and cozy layout of the guest rooms, every detail makes people feel comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom equipment is brand new and fully functional, and even the corners are spotless. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the hot food tastes fresh, which can fully meet the needs of different tastes. I especially want to praise the staff, whether it is helping to carry luggage or patiently answering surrounding travel guides, the service is considerate and efficient. The location is also great, with convenient transportation, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand. The price-performance ratio is super high, I will choose here next time I come, highly recommended! The front desk Tingting is very good👍

Pros: 1. Upon check-in, I added the butler on WeChat. They promptly informed me about sunrise/sunset times and evening performances, which was very convenient. Questions were also answered quickly. 2. The bathroom's shower cap even came with a hair tie, a thoughtful touch for women. 3. The evening buffet was quite varied, and there were many diners. The service staff were gentle and polite. 4. The room had some small tea snacks. The black sesame crisps were delicious, I wished I could have had more! The packaging didn't have manufacturer info; the hotel said they were custom-made for them. 5. The multi-media hall had some books and picture books that my child loved. There were also game facilities, the environment was great, and items were new and well-maintained. 6. The towels in the room were soft and clean. 7. The peonies were beautiful and real flowers! Areas for improvement: 1. When checking in, the front desk attendant, after assisting a family with three rooms, didn't offer me any additional information. After completing my check-in, she turned around and said she was too busy and had to change shifts. I mentioned I hadn't received the WeChat for the butler service, and only then did she remember to give me the QR code to scan. 2. The hotel offers experience activities. I suggest the butler introduce them during check-in. Some guests aren't as meticulous, and might forget otherwise. 3. There was slightly limited space in the room to put things, making it hard to store my backpack. The lack of a main light source made the room too dim, straining my eyes when reading.

The environment is really great, and the scenery is nice too. It's right in the pedestrian street. Finding a parking spot took a while, but the hotel staff member was always enthusiastic in replying to my messages. She was very patient, telling me how to get there and how to find parking, guiding me online the whole way. She even helped us pre-register our license plate number, making entry and exit super convenient and fast. Plus, because of some booking issue, they upgraded me to a suite for free! I was so happy, it felt like winning the lottery! Haha, HUAZHU is definitely the best choice.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. It is adjacent to Yushan Lake Park, with a good environment, convenient access, rich breakfast, good food in the Chinese restaurant, and fruit in the guest rooms. The hotel staff have a very good service attitude. I would like to especially thank Ms. Wang Rong at the front desk. When checking in, she carefully asked about our room requirements and helped us upgrade our two rooms for free. Thank you again!
