The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain gate and the cable car down the mountain. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right outside, and a Ba Wang Cha Ji (another tea shop) and McDonald's not far away. I drove here, and the hotel offers free parking, both above ground and underground. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers free shared hiking poles and fans for guests to take, and there's complimentary lemonade and tea in the lobby. If you order takeout, a robot can deliver it to your room. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The accommodations were fantastic; the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. Hilton's brand truly lives up to its reputation, and there were many international guests. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety, and the quality was excellent. A staff member even kindly reminded me to eat a good breakfast before heading up the mountain! It was a truly wonderful stay.

We had a great experience with this hotel! Service was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern technology. They even provided us with a free upgrade to an extra large bed. The included breakfast also had a good variety of options. Overall it was an amazing value for the cost.

We stayed 2 nights at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain, i booked 2 rooms for me and my parents with room combination of 2 pax and 3 pax each. The room is clean and the view is nice. Breakfast also not bad. The hotel location is also near to restaurants which we just walk for few mins for our dinner. The breakfast has many variety and quite nice.
Great service from the hotel staff, especially Qing Qing. She was very welcoming and helped us purchase tickets for the Tuo River tour. She also assisted us in getting a taxi to a Muslim-friendly restaurant located about 2km from the hotel. We even received a complimentary gift during check-out, which was a lovely touch
.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the view from our room window was beautiful.
The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle rides to the Fenghuang entrance several times a day, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with planning activities and handling bookings. They were consistently responsive to all our enquiries, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
The location was exactly as described—peacefully situated near the forest, offering a relaxing and natural setting.
One area for improvement would be the availability of more vegetarian-friendly food options.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book here again when revisiting the area.
Staff great and helpful come out as we arrived in taxi and made us feel welcome helping with cases. Location is great as right in centre but can still get dropped off at the door unlike some properties in the tow. Rooms are excellent value. The views off the balcony are stunning. They also have a family restaurant across the street which we went to and was lovely. They all looked after us. Would recommend hotel and the restaurant for your stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.
“For a beautiful hotel, go to a border city.”
From the beginning, this newly opened poetic hotel in Lijiang. At first sight of the positioning, I was eager to see this small Yi town living by the water, gentle and quiet, so I immediately set off.
The hotel is adjacent to the landmark Fengyu Bridge, which is naturally blended with the ancient rhyme streets and alleys. The river flows by the bank of the Wushui River. One step at a time, all are elegant fireworks. The whole hotel is small and elegant, inheriting the artistic conception of the private garden in Jiangnan, the design is exquisite and chic, and the building materials are high-quality. Walking in the middle, a faint teak aroma around the body, quiet and quiet, enough to cure all fatigue of the journey.
I stayed in a double-storey duplex suite, and the most inclination was the open-air bathtub on the top floor. This is one of the reasons why I rushed here. When the drizzle was dripping, I sat on the terrace and enjoyed the flowing water and rain in the ancient city, and the atmosphere was full. The details of the room are polished and the light of the makeup mirror is soft and sufficient; The whole house is clean and flawless, the cleaning aunt is warm and kind, and the service response is timely and intimate.
The hotel's warm heart highlights are countless: the buffet breakfast is rich in variety, with local Yi flavor, and the tip of the tongue enjoys the special deliciousness; you can rent exquisite Yi ethnic costumes for free, and immerse yourself in the ethnic minority style; There is also an exclusive space in the store, and the meditation healing activities will be opened later, waiting to be completed.
The overall stay experience is full, but the room interior space is slightly compact, but the transparent and comfortable terrace is enough to make up for all the shortcomings.
I would like to mention two fine suggestions: First, the reception of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the communication is timely after check-in. Because the parking lot is a short distance from the store, it is recommended that the housekeeper can dock in advance after the guest's reservation is successful, so that the stay is more smooth; Second, the park is full of flowers and green plants, beautiful scenery, but there are many outdoor mosquitoes, I hope to optimize mosquito repellent and insect prevention measures, improve the night tour and rest experience.
Choose a beautiful hotel and go to a city with fireworks. It is worth it to go to the Lijiang River for this hotel! May this elegant homestay be rejuvenated, so that this Lijiang City with a deep and long history will be seen and loved by more people.

The hotel environment is good, and the front desk staff, Trevor, provided excellent service. The hygiene is spotless, and the rooms are smart and well-equipped with complete facilities. I highly recommend staying here. The shuttle bus to the airport in the morning was very punctual.

The Grand Hyatt Changsha boasts an absolutely unbeatable location, nestled within a landmark high-rise on Xiangjiang Middle Road. Right downstairs, you'll find Hisense Plaza and Super Wenheyou, and it's just a short walk to Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, and Huangxing Pedestrian Street. All sorts of Changsha's specialty foods and trendy spots are right outside your door, and the subway is practically at your doorstep, making exploring and dining incredibly convenient.
The guest rooms are situated on the 46th floor and higher, offering panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that directly face the Xiangjiang River and Orange Isle. The entire cityscape, with its mountains, rivers, and islands, is laid out before you. In the morning, you can watch the river mist, at dusk, chase the sunset painting the water, and at night, admire the myriad lights along both banks. If you're lucky enough to catch the Orange Isle fireworks, you'll have an exclusive, unparalleled viewing spot right from your room – perfect for stunning photos!
The front desk staff are incredibly attentive and professional. They patiently answered all my questions without any perfunctory responses, and their service was warm yet discreet, never intruding on my personal space. The entire check-in to check-out process was smooth and comfortable. Their comprehensive, thoughtful service significantly enhanced my trip to Changsha. Check-out was also quick and seamless, with simple and pleasant communication throughout. The service was enthusiastic but not overbearing, showing excellent discretion. The professional service from the front desk alone is enough to warrant a full five-star rating. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

MMarcHoMy recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home.
A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive.
The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days.
Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!
