I requested a high floor, mainly because I'm very sensitive to dampness. I stayed on the eighth floor, and it was quite good – the room was spacious and clean. The location here is incredibly convenient for transport; transferring trains really only takes ten minutes. Plus, the outlet mall next door has everything you need for food, accommodation, and shopping. The hotel's soundproofing is also excellent. I'm a light sleeper, and wearing earplugs, I had absolutely no noise disturbance all night. Additionally, when I called for water, the doorbell rang almost immediately – truly fantastic.

24-hour pick-up and drop-off service for Meilan Airport and Meilan High-Speed Rail Station: This shuttle service was fantastic! Five-star rating. I just followed the driver's instructions and waited at Gate 5 for a few minutes, and they picked me right up. The next day, they dropped me off at the airport ahead of schedule. It's perfect for travelers with layovers or those flying out the next day.
Facilities: Good
Cleanliness: Very clean
Environment: Lots of restaurants nearby. I ordered takeout from Meilan Zaopocu, and it was fresh and delicious.
Service: Excellent service, they even allowed a late check-out.
Overall experience: Five-star rating

Pros:
1. **Convenient Takeaway**: There's a dedicated takeaway locker. You can easily order from Wallace, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and nearby supermarkets.
2. **Shuttle Service**: They offer a mini-bus service to and from the high-speed rail station (limited seating, requires advance booking).
3. **Festive Atmosphere**: The hotel really goes all out for holidays! The Christmas decorations and festive fireworks were beautiful – a huge bonus.
4. **Excellent Front Desk Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive in resolving issues, and calls were always answered. Hotel staff were also enthusiastic about helping with luggage.
5. **Great Location**: Very close to Stone Park and Tonggulun, and taxis are easily accessible.
6. **Friendly Cats**: There are adorable (wild) cats around, very friendly and not aggressive towards people.
Cons:
1. **Musty Smell in Room**: The room had a strong musty smell (barely tolerable).
2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The hygiene was just okay. There was mold on the walls and air vents, and the bottom of the bathtub was yellowed with uncleaned hair nearby.
3. **Poor Wi-Fi for Apple Users**: The Wi-Fi was not very friendly for iPhone users; it kept disconnecting or failing to connect, so I mostly relied on mobile data.
4. **Terrible Food**: Although the hotel food portions were large, it was incredibly bad. The Baoluo noodles had absolutely no flavor (not just bland).
5. **Noisy Cats at Night**: The kittens were a bit noisy at night (perhaps hungry or something else). I suggest arranging deworming and neutering for the cats, providing a cat house (please don't kill or drive them away) as part of the hotel's 'cute pets' initiative, maybe even creating a cat cafe.
For the price of over 400, this hotel is already quite good and offers great value for money.

An Unforgettable New Year's Stay at Central Coast Sea View Hotel, Sanya
We spent four incredible nights at the Central Coast Sea View Hotel in Sanya (December 31 - January 4), and it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special.
Our room was absolutely awesome (Smart suite)– spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering stunning ocean views that made every morning feel like a treat. The entire hotel experience exceeded our expectations with their consistently high-level service throughout our stay.
Special mention must go to Levi from the hotel reception team, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs.
The tour service desk also deserves praise for their outstanding assistance in helping us make the most of our time in Sanya.
The hotel's location is another major plus – it's conveniently close to numerous shops and the Sanya One Mall, Sanya Bay, making it easy to explore the area and do some shopping whenever we wanted.
The hotel's amenities were fantastic. With two pools plus a breathtaking infinity pool. The infinity pool, in particular, provided a mesmerizing experience with its seamless views. The children's play area was wonderful – my daughter absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying the facilities.
This was truly a memorable New Year's celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these special family memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect blend of luxury, service, and family-friendly amenities in Sanya.

I highly recommend this hotel! They upgraded our room for free, and the environment was super clean with all the facilities you could need. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, so we slept incredibly well. Plus, the price was really affordable – I loved it! They offer free airport shuttle service and parking, which makes it perfect for transit or a vacation.

An unparalleled experience! The hotel was grand in every aspect, making us feel right at home. We booked a Royal Club King Room, and it came with a complimentary afternoon tea upgrade. Since we missed the evening 'Sweet Hour', the butler, a lovely and kind young lady, graciously offered us afternoon tea for the following day instead.
She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, providing us with all the necessary timings and important tips.
**Facilities:** The TV felt a bit small for a Royal Club room.
**Cleanliness:** Exceptionally clean. The bathtub didn't even need a liner, and the bath towels and hand towels were all very soft. The hotel provided two large and one small blue pool slippers, plus two large and one small white disposable slippers.
**Service:** After our first swim, the bathrobes got completely soaked. The hotel promptly provided two extra sets, which was very efficient.
**Location:** It's in a prime spot in Haitang Bay, about 1.8 kilometers from the CDF Duty-Free City.

This stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, KK at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. She not only patiently answered all my questions but also proactively introduced the hotel's high-tech amenities, like the smart robot that effortlessly handles food orders, deliveries, and information inquiries – truly impressive technology! Even more surprising, there's a self-service washer and dryer right next to the room, with complimentary detergent provided. The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry.
KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for efficiency combined with a personal touch!

My spouse and I traveled together. The room was quite spacious, and as soon as we opened the door, we immediately felt comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. It's newly renovated, clean, and the staff are enthusiastic. The facilities are complete, and there are plenty of affordable dining options nearby.

I stayed here because I had an early flight, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' drive from the airport. The 24-hour shuttle service was incredibly prompt, and the driver was very friendly.
The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. Despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any airplane noise and had a peaceful night's sleep.
The front desk service was professional and efficient. They proactively asked about my flight time and reminded me about the shuttle.
While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, the quality was good, especially the Hainanese noodle soup, which tasted very authentic. It was really satisfying to have a hot meal before catching my flight. Highly recommended!
This is definitely the top choice for travelers with layovers or early morning flights. I'll be back again!

🌸🌸A City Oasis That Feels Like Home! The Most Thoughtful Hotel I've Ever Stayed In, Even Our Furry Friend Was Treated With Kindness.
This business trip slash short getaway was absolutely perfect! A hotel that makes both humans and pets happy – I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality living.
First, the location is a 10/10: It's situated in a quiet yet bustling neighborhood, stepping out of the lobby puts you right into a commercial district. It’s about a seven to eight-minute walk to the beach, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service. Even taxi drivers commented on its 'cleverly chosen location' – it avoids the hustle and bustle while remaining incredibly convenient.
Accommodation Experience Upgrade: Before arriving, I was quite worried after reading online reviews about outdated facilities and a musty smell, thinking it would just be a one-night layover. To my surprise, it was all pleasant surprises! The room was clean, brightly lit, and seemed to have been recently renovated, not looking old at all. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, allowing someone with neck issues like me to finally get a good night's sleep.
Dining Exceeded Expectations: I originally thought the hotel food would be mediocre, but the authentic local dishes at the all-day dining restaurant were fantastic! I recommend trying the 'Local Vermicelli Soup' – the ingredients look simple, but the flavor is amazing. The chef at the breakfast noodle station remembered each guest's dietary restrictions, making it feel like family.
Thoughtful Environmental Design: The hotel truly embodies the 'city oasis' concept in every corner, especially the garden on the sixth floor, the artistic bonsai along the corridors, and even a faint pine scent in the elevator lobbies. Guests who enjoy reading must visit the executive lounge on the 18th floor, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, comfy recliners, exquisite snacks, and stunning evening sunsets – an entire afternoon isn't enough time to enjoy it.
Secret Pool Experience: The sparkling blue infinity pool seamlessly blends with the sea and sky. During the day, sunlight glitters on the water like jewels; at night, it transforms into a starlit pool. The poolside bar plays soothing music, and a special cocktail here, intoxicated by the breathtaking scenery, is pure bliss...
🐶 Pet-Friendly Breakthrough: The most delightful discovery! The hotel has newly added 'dog-friendly rooms,' which not only include a pet bed, food bowls, and a toy set. The staff were kind and friendly to all pets. Seeing how smoothly the check-in process was for the family with a furry friend next door, I immediately decided that I must bring my Corgi for an experience during my next vacation!
The front desk staff proactively upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful small cake to celebrate our anniversary.
This hotel made me believe that true luxury isn't about cold expense, but about treating every living being with dignity. I've now saved it as a 'treasure hotel I'll repeatedly stay at' and look forward to creating more warm memories with my furry child here!

Aanise_zwwI stayed here once ten years ago and had such a wonderful experience that I decided to bring my parents back for our Hainan trip. It's still fantastic! I'm delighted to see that the facilities are very well-maintained, and the service is as excellent as ever. In a Yalong Bay filled with high-end hotels, this one truly stands out with its unique style and distinctive experience. Highly recommended.

MM224582****As always, I love this hotel! The rooms are spacious and the service is great. It's especially convenient for family trips and traveling with kids, particularly the villas. The breakfast is also good. Seeing the cute smiling squid made me incredibly happy! The travel photography was excellent too. Every year when I come back to Hainan, I stay at the Yingbin Hotel for a few days. This time, a special thanks to Gina from Guest Services for her warm and thoughtful assistance in arranging our room. Many thanks!

Aadela09****The room was very clean, and the amenities were well-stocked. The sewing kit in the drawer really came in handy, I didn't expect them to even have that! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Even though we didn't bring kids, they had already prepared children's toiletries and bathrobes in the room, which makes it feel very family-friendly.
They provided welcome fruits and a minibar. A special mention: the welcome fruits even came with utensils, which is a thoughtful touch compared to other places where fruits often don't.
At night, when the lights are on, you can spot sea turtles and manta rays directly from the shore, or you can go diving to see them during the day.
The rice noodles at breakfast tasted like genuine ones without any added thickeners, which I really appreciated.
The soundproofing of the windows and doors was excellent. Even though there's a helicopter base nearby, it wasn't noisy at all when the windows and doors were closed. The window directly faces the sea, so you can draw back the curtains and watch the sunrise. The bathtub is on the balcony, allowing you to soak while enjoying the sea view.
LLuoliyue92I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Sanya for 4 nights with my parents and child, and everyone absolutely loved it! This hotel is definitely a hidden gem for a family vacation.
📍 **Excellent Location:** It's super close to the beach, and some rooms even offer direct sea views. It's only a 10-minute drive to the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex, which is incredibly convenient for those who love to shop. Wuzhizhou Island pier is also not far, making it easy to hail a taxi.
🛏️ **Room Experience:** Since I was traveling with my parents and child, I opted for the Horizon Club. The Horizon Club offers access to an executive lounge with not only breakfast but also afternoon tea and dinner, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the balcony offered stunning sea views. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with children's toiletries and a children's step stool. There's also a sofa bed in the room, which you can ask the butler to set up in advance – perfect for a family of four.
🍽️ **Satisfying Dining:** The main restaurant's breakfast spread was incredibly rich with a huge variety of options, including freshly squeezed watermelon and cantaloupe juice. To my surprise, there was even a dedicated kids' area! It offered not only dishes suitable for children like wontons, congee, pasta, steamed buns, and fried snacks, but also finely cut fruits and vegetables, showing great consideration for little ones. My child absolutely loved it.
The Horizon Club executive lounge was also fantastic. Besides afternoon tea, they have an evening happy hour with different hot dishes each day. They also offered non-spicy vegetable and meat dishes, as well as fried noodles and rice, suitable for children. Everything tasted great.
🎪 **Abundant Children's Activities:** There are tons of parent-child activities every day, along with unlimited free rides on the mini-train. We participated in a dragon fruit sushi-making class, which was a wonderful experience, and my child had an absolute blast.
The hotel also has an adventure zone, a petting zoo, and you can even ride ponies and ostriches, which the kids really enjoyed.
The water park is also large and clean. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly when we visited, so we didn't go in, but it would be perfect for warmer weather.
💫 **Five-Star Service:** The hotel service was absolutely superb. Romy checked us in, and she was incredibly kind. She helped us resolve a breakfast issue and personally escorted us to the shuttle bus stop after check-in. Our luggage was also delivered directly to our room by a dedicated staff member – super nice.
This vacation was incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose Shangri-La again the next time I visit Sanya!

From the hotel's beach, you can walk towards the beaches of Horizon, MGM, and Sheraton – everyone shares the same stretch of oceanfront. It's fantastic value for money to go for a swim and then come back to sunbathe. You can even relax on the loungers at MGM and enjoy the sea breeze, really soaking in the vacation vibe.

MM479763****What truly stood out was how genuine and respectful every staff member was, from the concierge to housekeeping. Their smiles and greetings felt sincere, and when they offered help, it was always with a collaborative, never condescending, attitude. This interaction, built on mutual respect, gave guests a comforting sense of partnership rather than the usual distance of being 'served.'
As I checked out, I realized this is perhaps the pinnacle of true guest relations service: it begins with keen observation, is perfected through thoughtful action, and ultimately blossoms into the delightful anticipation of a future reunion between people. This hotel made me feel not just like a transient guest, but a genuinely welcomed friend.

AAnonymous UserOverall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport.
We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant.
There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done.
The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m.
One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step!
One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others.
Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars:
- Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved.
- the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀
YYimingshenmidelvxingjiaThe hotel offers beautiful views along the Dadonghai route; the waves aren't as rough as in Haitang Bay, and the sea is incredibly blue and crystal clear. The hotel amenities are very comprehensive, including its own small artificial beach and a rather large swimming pool.
Breakfast was excellent, meeting and slightly exceeding five-star standards. The restaurant staff's service attitude was particularly good. The gym is open 24 hours; while not huge, it's well-equipped.
The kids' club was the biggest highlight. Our 1.5-year-old baby had a great time. The indoor playground is more suitable for younger children, while the outdoor area is better for older kids. The room facilities are also very complete, with everything one could need, including baby food provided daily and the option to add a bed rail.
Special mention goes to our butler, Abby, who was incredibly responsive and practically granted every request, perfectly meeting all our needs. Finally, a minor point for improvement would be some occasional overlooked spots in terms of hotel cleanliness, which could be strengthened. Also, the hotel's underground parking seemed to be under maintenance recently, making parking a bit difficult.

MM295zax78****Our stay at the Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay was delightful! The breakfast selection was extensive, and the seafood buffet dinner was truly memorable. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; our room was spotless, and the public areas were well-sanitized, which gave us peace of mind. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out.
What really stood out was how family-friendly it is! The kids' club offered a wide range of activities, the pool had a dedicated children's area, and beach toys were available for free use. Our child had an absolute blast. It’s definitely an ideal choice for a family vacation and worth another visit!
