The whole stay was great, I needed somewhere to stay while work was being carried out on my house. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs, there was a big desk for me to work at and the internet connection was perfect, I had multiple video conferences and it never dropped once. Housekeeping were kind enough to check if I needed anything everyday, and reception staff were super friendly. Right next to a massive national trust property had some beautiful autumn walks However there is absolutely no phone signal (Vodafone)obviously nothing to do with the hotel it’s just extra info about the area!

Ideal location in the city centre. Staff inside that welcomed us was polite. Not clear where the hotel car park is but found it in the end after searching as when calling the lady on the phone was rude and not helpful at all.

Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the city centre. Despite its central location, the hotel is very quiet. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff friendly. The cost of the room was exceptional value. We will definitely return in the future.

Since we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at Chatterley House - A stunning space to relax and reset along my journey. Jackie was a fabulous host, very friendly and accommodating. My room was exceptionally comfortable, cosy, and met all of my expectations and more. I can highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a homey place to check in to along their travels. Ibis Nottingham Centre boasts a superb location, just a short walk from the castle and shopping centres. The rooms, though small, are clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection is excellent, and the front desk staff are warm and efficient. It offers exceptional value for money – highly recommended!

my room was as I expected everything I needed for my stay, I mentioned cleanliness in your review. My room was great, and the hotel overall was good, but the lift had sweet wrappings on the first night and was still there when l left, small detail that won't stop me recommending the hotel but you asked and that was the only bit I could inform you about,
