Good. The staff (SDM) definitely need more training/upgrading. Recommended for a short stay. Room rates are relatively affordable.

I do love this hotel: easy check in-check out, no deposit needed, spacious bedroom, friendly staffs, excellent facilities. We can order food from restaurant yet the price is affordable. We can also find various food stalls nearby. We love staying here. My son loved the swimming pool

Hotel near minimarket (in front of the hotel), other guests' voices in the hallway in front of the room can be heard. No soundproofing. The choice of breakfast variations is quite good but to get to the restaurant you have to climb stairs, it might be difficult for the elderly or disabled.

easy and fast process, close city access, restaurants here and there, also close to shops, Alfamart, malls, etc. Good facilities, minus only sandals and laundry plastic are not available. Spacious parking lot, friendly staff, all smiles. Abadi the best lah ... next time come here again because the hotel is one set one set only here 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very accommodating with all our requests. The hotel is decent overall, with a clean and comfortable room and bed. The location is also convenient, close to many dining options. The only downside was the soundproofing, as there was some noise from the room above at night, but the staff responded quickly after we informed them.

I got room has window without view for higher average price. No bath soap and floor mat ready. Started, I thought booking by trip.com has no diamond member privilege.
