Cleanliness: up to my expectations. Nice and neat design. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The car park is confusing actually. The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Stayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it. The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.

Everything was excellent. ONE thing. Open the pool for QUIET ADULTS or LAP swimmers EARLY in the morning. ( There's no lifeguard, so it is not safety or inurance to be concerned with) It must be fear of noise. Change in policy and notice to new guests would be the only effort.) ALL other things were PERFECT !!

We had a good stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the aircon wasn’t working properly so it was quit warm in our room. Eventually at 23.30 they sent maintenance to our room to fix the problem. Eventhough it was hot we still enjoyed our stay. The spa was a nice experience and breakfast was perfect.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon

A very quiet hotel, in a quiet place, near the beach. Living on the 3rd floor, viewing towards the street, from the balcony in the morning, the sun rises over the sea. From the hotel 10 minutes to the nearest shop on foot, there are stops in the direction of the port and the direction of the city of Aivalik. The room has everything you need - a working air conditioner, hot water showers, washing facilities, a teapot. In the closet only 2 hangers (I think that is the norm in Turkey). The refrigerator didn't work, but you could use what was standing on the veranda for food. Stopped for two nights - there was no cleaning, the towels weren't changed. Maybe it was all possible to do on order, but I didn't have to. Wi-fi is available only in public places the area is large enough. Staff is friendly and responsive. To the mold and port, it was easy to walk, but in comfortable shoes. I recommend for a quiet rest and solo travel.

Friendly and helpfull staff, amazing breakfast, 5 min walk to a really good public beach and sightseeing. 10/10

We're definitely going back to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the most detailed personal care products were thought and placed. The staff were very friendly and interesting. Open buffet breakfast and staff service were beautiful. I recommend. We stayed 1 night very happy. We will go back as soon as possible because we have no more accommodation.
