I had a pleasant experience during my visit. The service was smooth and the staff were helpful and polite. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, which made the whole stay more enjoyable. The food was also satisfying with good variety and taste. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend it to others.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's a mere 5-minute walk from the MM line subway station, and after crossing just two streets, you're in Chinatown. The waterfront is also only a 5-minute stroll away. The room, though under 30 square meters, is considered spacious for Japan, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. My room service calls were answered within minutes each time. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and cheerfully assisted with my luggage storage for two days. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Arrived quite late, but I recall they have a 24-hour front desk. It's super convenient to take the Enoden train to Kamakura, and you can also catch the JR Tokaido Line to Yokohama or Hakone. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast tasted good too. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The room is relatively new, clean, and larger than the average Japanese hotel. It is very convenient to travel next to the subway, and there are food and shopping malls around

Facilities: Well-equipped, with the front desk located on a higher floor. Cleanliness: Good, with timely daily cleaning. Ambiance: As a newly opened hotel, the environment is excellent. You can see the park below the mountain and the Hikawa Maru ship right across from the hotel. Service: Excellent, they are responsive to all requests. Highlights: The Haneda Airport shuttle bus stop is right across the street, and the subway station is about a 5-minute walk away. Amenities: There's a 24-hour supermarket within a 5-minute walk and a large Don Quijote store within a 10-minute walk. Drawbacks: If you plan to stay in Yokohama but travel to Tokyo, reconsider, as it takes 6 stops on the Minatomirai Line to reach Yokohama Station and about an hour to get to central Tokyo.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, but it was a bit troublesome for guests to check in by themselves.

This was good stay for me. Staff can handle English as well. Good access to Haneda airport. I haven’t tried their breakfast, but might be good.

The room was clean and well-cleaned. The building was also quiet, so I was able to relax. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice if they offered to lend out hair irons. Also, there were only six lockers in the large bath, so there was no place to put my clothes, and some people shared one locker with someone else, and some people put a basket on the floor to put their clothes in. I think it would be better to add a few more lockers in the dressing room. However, I'm not sure if the room was soundproofed, but I couldn't hear any noise in the hallway or from other rooms, so it was comfortable to stay in the room.

Central location right beside bus interchange and odawara station for JR ride back to Osaka, shopping centre and food are all nearby in the vicinity. Room is clean, public bath is available and good breakfast spread buffet style. 1800 yen 3pm to 11am next day parking at minaka basement. Can drive to Hakone or southern peninsula shizuoka for sightseeing. View of odawara castle from roof top restaurant.

Room size wasn't big but ok as we traveled there with 2 cabin bags. Still comfortable. Big plus point us that it's walking distance from train station and the Odawara Castle. We could also take a longer walk to the beach. Breakfast was decent though the cafeteria was small. They provided take out boxes which was thoughtful of the hotel.
