The service was impeccable and my room was outstanding - extremely comfortable and beautiful. The food was so delicious - I would visit again just for the evening meals ! The onsen was lovely but would be difficult to access for people with mobility issues .
The hotel is near to the JR station which the airport bus stops at. It is very convenient.
Hotel is clean and pretty. Had a very good stay at Kochi. Thank you!
Of course not ,beautiful and wonderful city in Japan .Natural attractions with around city.Big thumbs up for the city but my room was same view of back hotel.I guess in-front of view is better I am an old customer who was long term stays this hotel in last summer 2024.
That’s why I’m came back and staying on winter time.Price was I paid raised this time very different from last summer and breakfast was great but after three days getting bored because of a little bit changed the vegetables juices , some meals and also reduced inside the room I didn’t see daily coffee and tea bags any more except a green tea bag .
Hotel staffs are great service. Big thumbs up too.

OMO7 Kochi by Hoshino Group is located in the center of Kochi. Although it is not very lively, it is no problem to travel by car. The hotel provides private parking for convenient parking. It is about a 15-minute drive from Kochi Castle, Harimayabashi and other attractions. The hotel was renovated and opened in June 2024. The environment is new and clean. The room design is based on the theme of Kochi's ”banquet culture” and is full of local characteristics. It has a Japanese platform and Tosa dog elements. The dry and wet separated toilet equipment is novel. The Yosakoi performance at 9 o'clock every night is lively and interesting, but some guests say that the location is a bit off. I think the hotel has a rich cultural experience and is suitable for travelers who love design and local culture. I recommend staying!
The rooms are not big, all are of the same standard in Biei, breakfast and hot springs are the same, self-service check-in and check-out are very convenient! It is convenient in the city center and anywhere else.
Good Location , In the middle of Kochi
Near to many places
No need to buy the parking from the Hotel *(1,000 YEN) There a lot parking near by
The Room itself abit old but good renovatiion
The Bed is comfy and clean
The amenities is good
The Water pressure is strong for Hot and Cold Water
Overall is Good
I never try the Breakfast
The room we stayed in was very spacious. The onsen was really amazing, quite huge that could accommodate the many other guests who booked at the same time with us at the peak of the golden week. We availed the buffet dinner, where we luckily got discounts from our All Accor membership. The dinner buffet has a wide selection of food and drinks. They also had a buffet breakfast which was quite good.
Bright Park Hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Kochi Station. The hotel is also not far from Harimayabashi Station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to other places. There is a shopping street next to the hotel. There is a local market on Sundays where you can go shopping. There are many specialty restaurants in the shopping street, but it is best to make a reservation in advance.
The hotel is very clean and quiet. The front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, so it is no problem to leave early.
Hotel location is more inconvenient, but the environment is also comfortable. The big bath is a bit old, the facilities are complete, and the service is good. The hotel restaurant food is not lost, and greetings are OK. It's just that the whole hotel has a sense of age and gives people a little old feeling, but the overall service is OK.
The barrier-free space room is very large, and the price difference is not much different from the ordinary twin room. It is recommended to stay and check it out. There is only one room in the whole hotel, No. 101 on the first floor. You are not afraid of disturbing others, and it is easy to get in and out.

LLZHWhen we first arrived the front desk told us that we reserved a smoking room. In the trip.com booking it does not say so though. The front desk said all similar rooms for non-smoking were booked out.
We went up to the room but it smelled so bad that we asked agin for a different room showing them the booking. According to the hotel the booking was not directly forward to them by trip.com but by a different service therefore it varied from our actual booking. They were nice enough to give us a different room which was non-smoking. Unfortunately the room still smelled strange - at least no smoke smell.
Additionally there was almost no hot water coming out from the tap. In the photo the hot water was fully turned on.
Another issue was the parking. The one night stay fee was 1000 Yen (not for 24h). We checked out at 11 a.m. but decided to eat lunch in town and leave the car at the hotel parking. We took out the car at 2 pm and had to pay an additional fee of 1200 yen.
LLinyuRINGOThe hotel is about a ten to fifteen-minute walk from Nakamura Station. However, its proximity to souvenir shops, restaurants, and convenience stores makes it quite convenient. Just be aware that the nearby restaurant closes at 9 PM.
Breakfast is a complimentary buffet for guests. I can only say the Oden was delicious, but everything else was rather subpar.
It was fully booked due to Golden Week, so I couldn't switch to a non-smoking room. However, the window could be opened for fresh air and ventilation, and there was also a humidifier in the room, so I was still reasonably satisfied.

GGuest Userthe hotel room is nice , best shower even in Japan. but the sink is too low, good size for the child , too low for an adult the hotel has swimming pool, the pool is belong to the gym , normally require the membership ,but you just need to show the counter that you are staying in the hotel they will let you in. if you dont have the swimming suit, they have the swimming suit to borrow which was nice . they don't really speak English, that was a little tough to communicate. they have laundry machine at 3rd floor to use. the breakfast was acceptable , if you are foreigner, like western food , they have croissant, chocolate bread, salad, bacon. it was a good stay.

2202556****The room is small but clean. Breakfast is semi-self-service. You can freely eat drinks, staple food, fruits, soups, vegetable salads and some local specialties. You can choose one main dish, which is very good. The only thing I didn't feel good about was the day I checked in. Due to the typhoon and heavy rain, I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock and it was not the check-in time. I asked the front desk if there was a cleaned room that I could check in first so that I could change my wet clothes. The front desk clerk I checked the computer and said that I could pay 1,000 yen for early check-in. Although the amount was not much, I felt uncomfortable. In the past, when checking in in Europe, if there was a clean room, I would usually give the room card in advance. The hotel follows the rules but lacks human touch
台台人The service attitude of the reception staff at the counter is really high-quality! The breakfast was clean and delicious. There was free coffee in the lobby on the first floor, especially when checking out, and the special trip was also made to send guests. It was impressive and felt at home. If you have the opportunity to go again in the future, it will be the first choice to stay in the hotel.
