The hygiene was acceptable, with minor stains on the bathroom and bedding. There's central air conditioning for heating, free parking, but no laundry room. Front desk service was normal. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Very nice and confortable place well located in Rotorua. All perfect large room and bed with full equiped kitchen,bathroom with spa was so relaxing. Location is 2 min by car to Downtown. Also quiet place . Parking free and nice staff . I really recommand this motel for your stay in Rotorua.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the parking is very convenient to park directly in front of your bedroom. The service is very good, my mobile phone has fallen to the restaurant and I have not found it. The waiter at the hotel rushed to the ship we were about to leave and returned the phone to me.

The front desk service is very good, but the hotel does not provide bottled water and slippers. Ladies are advised to bring their own conditioner. There are food courts and supermarkets near the hotel, so shopping is also very convenient.

Courteous customer service, perfect location ( next by the lake & Polynesian Hot Pool ) and you can enjoy a lovely morning walk then go to have fun in the pool, remarkable checking in processes ( being so helpful ), room is very clean. So relaxing you ever expected!

Fuss free check in, basic but adequate amenities. Good bargain for the space given the price paid. Most appreciate the location and beautiful lake view

Room was big and spacious, slightly dated decor. Great location central and easy to get around. Gym was good but air con not strong. Fire alarm woke us at 2am where everyone evacuated for an hour. Not the hotel's fault but signs were not clear where the fire exits were. The entry from car park is ground floor so could be quite noisy if you had a room on that level.

We had a very enjoyable weekend, water pressure a bit low otherwise we are very happy and will visit again in the future Greetings Ken

Nice hotel. Every things good Specially the worm pool. Only the room Temperature is hot. And the air conditioner not cooling well when we spoke with staff they offered a Fan and that not enough during a summer time Recommended to during winter time

The front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel is close to the food court, and there are large supermarkets and household goods stores nearby, which is very convenient. The room is spacious. The shower head in the bathroom has strong water flow and the service is generally satisfactory. The downside is that the room has no air conditioning, only a fan, and the wall lights did not work properly.
