Every time I come to Cheerney, I live here. The location is good. It is next to a shopping mall. It is very convenient. The suite is booked. The room is big enough and the decoration is good. The breakfast at the hotel is not very good. It is not the appetite of our Chinese.

Наконец дождались, что в самом Иннополисе открыли отель и приличный☺️🙏👍 Бесплатная парковка, внимательный и вежливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Чистые и комфортные номера. За окном прекрасные закаты😍 В номер можно заказать еду (но очень дорого😱 хотелось бы цены адекватнее....🙈И без этого Иннополис ”страдает” в плане общепита😝😝😝👎). В номере есть охлаждающий шкаф, не холодильник. Имейте это ввиду(( Отмечали день рождение, переживала за тортик, что испортится к утру🙈Наверное это единственный минус... На завтраке поздравили с днем рождения, очень приятно💓💓💓👍🙏☺️Так же порадовало месторасположение👍до Острова Свияжск 20 мин езды, до Верхнего Услона 15 минут👍В будущем хотелось бы вернуться. Рекомендую 👍Процветания💓

Very convenient location. In general it is hostel, not very comfortable baths and toilets. Walls are very thin, staff are good. Over the weekend stay in Kazan, in a good location at affordability, more than fits.

Чисто, просто, аккуратно, без излишевств Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь и всегда на завтраках подкисшая мясная нарезка, в остальном все хорошо

Excellent hotel. Convenient location in the city center. You can reach cafes, shops, or sights. The room is clean, there is everything you need. Good water pressure and fresh smell in the room.

Es handelt sich hier um ein ziemlich neues Hotel, mit einer modernen Austattung der Zimmer und kleiner Küche. Auch mit viel HighTech, was noch nicht ganz funktioniert. Bett war hervorragend - hoch und mit sehr guter Matratze ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt! Direkt an der Baumann-Str. (Zentrum des Geschehens in Kazan), ohne dadurch gestört zu werden. Da die meisten Auslandstouristen keine russische SIM-Karte für Mobiltelephone besitzen, sind wir an die WiFi angewiesen. Und hier war ein Problem!!! Wifi in den Zimmern hat gar nicht funktioniert. Nur direkt an der Rezeption. Ob es sich um vorübergehende Angelegenheit handelt, kann ich nicht beurteilen. In meiner Zeit ging es nicht die ganze Zeit! Die freundliche Frau Rosalia an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat mir immer geholfen, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Vielen Dank dafür. Es wäre alles perfekt, leider ist das WiFi heutzutage doch für Touristen sehr wichtig.

There is a supermarket downstairs and a shopping mall about 600 meters nearby.

Небольшой, уютный отель. Номера чистые, кровати удобные, большие. В номере асе удобства есть, даже кухня со всей необходимой техникой и посудой. Имеется подземный паркинг. Есть особенности по завтраку (предзаказ), но не критично. В остальном все прекрасно. Персонал приветливый. Рекомендую отель.

Overall, a good hotel with good breakfasts and champagne. But it is located a little away from the sights. To get to the Kremlin you need to go up the hill, and to the pedestrian street again through it.
