Best Breakfast that I ever have in Uzbekistan, buffet style breakast start 8am-10am, however, we normally go in early before 8am to start our brekafst. All kind of salad, Somsa, Fruit, biscuit, drink. I will rate 12/10 for its breakfast. We stay in Triple Room. room size is good, just its beside the main road, so a bit of noisy for passing by car, we could also smell when they are making their breakfast, however as we wake up early for breaksat, so the smell is acceptable. Hotel bathrrom/facilities all new modern are very new and comfotable, If I will come back to Bukhara, I will stay here again.
Perfect location to walk to Ark of Bukhara and local Central Market, we find the Islam Plov inside central Market so far is the best Plov that we have for stay in Uzb. Somsa price around SOM5k/pc in Bukhara, and cost SOM10k/pc in Samarkand. You need in good bargain at Bukhara and if you have more than 1 big luggage, better to get Comfort + car type when using Yandex apps. You may buy mineral water on thw way from Hotel to Central market, there a few shop wholesale shop selling all different type of drinks. The market opposite of the water nothing to buy, maybe only 1/10 of shop is fill of selling items , Korzinka at Bukhara price compared with Central Market, better to buy from the central market. But you need to bargain. Local Market at Samrkand may ask you if you want to pay USD or SOM but Bukhara basiccally accept SOM only.
The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. Kudos to the hotel staff for going above and beyond! They specifically combined two beds for us and replaced them with a large mattress, creating a wonderfully comfortable super king-sized bed. 😊 The hotel's aesthetic design is truly impressive. The lobby also thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks and water. Guests have complimentary access to the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath (hammam), and sauna. It's conveniently located less than a 20-minute walk from the heart of Bukhara Old City. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the overall stay offered excellent value for money.
The decoration is lovely! Overall, everything is good. However, the room and bathroom are quite small. It would make a significant difference if the soap holder were installed on the wall with the faucet instead of the side wall, as the shower space is limited. The staff were wonderful!
This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Uzbekistan; the price-performance ratio was unbeatable. The location was excellent, a 10-minute walk from the old city and next to a chain supermarket. The rooms were large, clean, and had a terrace. The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful. The owners were very nice, but they kept asking why I hadn't requested housekeeping. Even after I clearly said I didn't need it, they still came in and cleaned it ╮(╯_╰)╭, which was a bit too enthusiastic and disrespectful. Otherwise, there were no problems.
The location is very good, just in the ancient city of Buhara, you can walk to every attraction, the breakfast is very rich, one person can't finish it, the room is very warm, it is too hot, this is very good for winter. Very recommended!
New place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.
The hotel environment is good, the room is average, quite clean, but not bad. I found that the public environment of hotels in Uzbekistan is good, but the rooms are just average. However, this hotel is close to the scenic spot, so I still recommend it. The front desk service is very good. We had to check out at 6 am on the last day, and the front desk had prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Thumbs up. The following pictures were taken in the hotel.
In the end, I was so glad I stayed that I extended my stay.
The location was great, within walking distance of sightseeing👍
As is common in historic old towns, there are roads that cars🚗 can't access,
but taxis were able to get to the hotel, which was convenient.
On the way back, when I used the app to call a taxi to the station,
the taxi came down an inaccessible road,
and had to wait a little distance away. I was in a bit of a pick-up spot,
but a staff member called out to me,
carried my luggage, and helped me to the taxi waiting area.
I was able to catch the train safely in the morning, so I'm really grateful🥹💕
I liked everything, large rooms, clean, comfortable temperature, polite staff, and also convenient that it is close to the airport. Breakfasts are quite filling.
The room is large, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. It is very good to have an extra bed when traveling with two children. I will stay here again next time.

MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.

MM30539****I stayed two nights in Bukhara at this hotel, a very cozy little place with a great experience.
The owner speaks excellent English and is very helpful, even carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.
The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The local baked buns were especially delicious, and the yogurt balls were fantastic – a first for me!
The hotel's decor is cozy and homey, with a small, pale yellow courtyard and complimentary tea. In the evenings, my friends and I would sit in the courtyard, drinking tea and watching movies – super comfortable!
The hotel's location is also great; all the attractions are within a 15-minute walk. Nearby attractions include Jacques Castle, the Karon Minaret, the Four Towers Mosque, the Underground Mosque, the Bukhara Biennale, and the Borokhaz Mosque.
To the left of the hotel entrance is an old tree where an elderly gentleman plays chess, and a small black kitten will come and nuzzle you.
The guesthouse owner's child has an adorable kitten to play with.

PPaul Adrian JonesRoom was more than adequate (although the bathroom tap system took a couple of attempts to figure out).
Fifteen-minute (ish) walk from the main centre.
Kind staff helped us order a taxi at 4:00 in the morning to the train station (so didn't get chance to try the breakfast 😢). Would definitely book again.
AAnonymous UserLovely hotel. I headed by Yandex, but I had to go through a narrow road and it seemed difficult to drive. The room is compact and has everything you need. I could hear the voice in the next room, but I didn't mind that much because everyone was quiet at night. Breakfast is a small buffet. The watermelon was delicious. I enjoyed the view from the rooftop in the morning and evening. Convenient escape from the back side. No elevator, 2 bottles of water, shampoo, shower gel, dryer, slippers.
GGuest UserThe facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain.
The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem.
However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly.
I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday.
I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime.
No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance,
and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.
SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
