We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with a bank, shops, supermarket, and cafes nearby, as well as a public transport stop. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Housekeeping cleaned daily, changed towels, and replenished toiletries. Two bottles of water were provided in our room every day. We booked with breakfast, and it was all delicious. When we checked out early, they even gave us a very generous lunch box, which we ate on the train, complete with cutlery and napkins. We stayed in room 203 on the second floor, and I was pleased that the air conditioner wasn't directly above the bed but in the hallway, so it didn't blow on us and was practically silent. The staff are very polite and speak Russian; they're always ready to explain and assist with anything you need. I was also happy that there was no outside street noise or sounds from neighbors in the room.

Very nice hotel, room is spacious with comfortable bed and pillow, well equipped with all we need in hotel room. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of various delicious food, bread, even has some bacon adn the best thing is all Halal, so for Moslem is worry free for eat anything. This hotel is inside hotel complex and unfortunately the day we stayed, there's UNESCO general assembly that made us unable to access hotel without special car/taxi with ID UNESCO. But doesn't matter, I really have good experience stay at this hotel. Receptionist staff Akbar was very kind and helpfull. Definitely will stay at this hotel again whenever visit Samarkand.

Everything was great. The only inconvenience was with taxis due to poor navigation around the property – not all drivers could get directly to the entrance. More directional signs are needed. The beer restaurant was good.

I’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck

Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff.

It's a nice hotel, new, and everything is as it should be. It smells great, and the service is excellent. There's a shop nearby. It's located in an industrial area near the Moscow Ring Road, so before booking because of the airport, check to see if it's the right airport. Overall, it's a decent hotel.

A true Hilton experience. The rooms are clean, convenient, and comfortable. The staff is polite. The elevators work perfectly. The breakfasts are a bit meager, which is unusual for this hotel chain. For fruits, they only had apples, bananas, sliced oranges, and kiwi. Despite it being berry season, there were no berries at breakfast. Downstairs, there's a spa center with a pool and sauna. Bathrobes and towels are readily available at the spa. In the morning, they found us at breakfast and wished my husband a happy birthday, even treating him to a delicious cheesecake. The only upside for me, and a downside for my husband, is that the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol at all. But there's an alcohol store not far away, so the celebration was still a success.

This hotel is a 5-minute walk from Siyob Bazaar. It's a pleasant, small hotel with a cozy, clean room, and all the necessary amenities are provided, although there wasn't a fridge (I know some people find this important). The breakfasts are good, with everything you need. As for minor points, I noticed some street noise, which can be quite disruptive at times. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive – that's a huge plus for this hotel. Despite these minor issues, overall, we were very satisfied!

☺️Things to enjoy: Location: literally 30 seconds away from the pedestrian walking street. Registan is just 10 mins away. Breakfast: it's not a buffet and you can't choose, but they cook you 2 home-made dishes (they differ every morning): could be pancakes with jam and fruits + another dish with meat. Staff: nice people, will help with anything they can. People from all over the world stay there: always nice to chat. 👀 What to watch out for: Rooms are quite old, and the carpet on the floor wasn't really clean, so I couldn't do my regular stretches. Towels smelled of mustiness (I guess bc they don't have a dryer). Rooms windows face the inside yard, so it's always way too dark in the rooms. No water bottles / tea / coffee provided in the room, no kettle, fridge, safe box in the room There isn't really a typical hostel / hotel common space to comfortably sit and chat - only this inside yard, but not sofas or room to play board games or comfortably sit.

GGuest UserSmall, but cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows, slippers, a bathrobe, and the room was very clean. The staff were very attentive, and there was good water pressure in the shower. Downstairs there's a very decent Georgian restaurant. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and Registan Square is about a 25-30 minute walk away.

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

LLhuaNice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price. The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level. There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed.

GGuest UserLocation: excellent! It is in the same building complex as the Art Gallery Happy Bird, mentioned in Tripadvisor. Registan is about 300 m away, so after dinner I would walk there to see the illumination. My room had 2 twin beds, was rather small but comfortable. Upon opening the windows, a cool breeze entered the room. Wi-fi was reliable and there was a water boiler for tea. Breakfast was abundant and good. The cook, Dishoda, would make me an omelette every morning. In the same building there are restaurants and fast food/ice cream joints. On my last day I took the train to Khiva, which departs at 11:46. The hotel allowed me to stay in the TV room, with wifi access, water and toilet facilities, for 10 hours after check out. I recommend Hotel Dyor.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, the service was very attentive. The location is within walking distance of the square, about 1.6 kilometers. There's a very good barbecue restaurant nearby. The staff speaks English, and the prices are very reasonable. The hotel entrance is very small, and I circled the building using the navigation system but couldn't find the entrance. Hahahaha, actually, the entrance is right on the road.
