The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived a little after 11 AM and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The location is superb, making it very convenient to visit popular spots like Xian'anfang and other trendy attractions nearby. It's also just a short walk to M+ and X118 malls, and Subway Line 2 is only a few minutes away. The hotel provides 24-hour complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee. The housekeeping staff left thoughtful notes every day, which was a lovely touch. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip.

My stay at Dorsett Wuhan was very positive overall. The location is fantastic – right next to the vibrant Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. Getting around couldn't be easier with the Xunlimen and Jianghan Road metro stations both within a 10-minute walk, and a bus stop literally just outside the lobby (under 100m). Even major attractions like East Lake and the Yellow Crane Tower are easily reachable within an hour by metro or bus, and even faster by taxi. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and provided good service. A real convenience was that they happily accepted and held onto my online shopping deliveries and food orders – very helpful! The room was clean and functional. However, it's noticeable the hotel was last renovated in 2019. Some furnishings and fixtures are looking a bit aged now and lack a modern feel. The only other slight downside was the soundproofing; I could sometimes hear noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms, and the door closing sounds (both ours and neighbours') were particularly loud. Definitely an excellent choice for exploring Wuhan, especially given the prime location and helpful staff. Just something to be aware of regarding noise. 我在武汉帝盛酒店的入住体验总体非常不错。地理位置绝佳——紧邻热闹的江汉路步行街。出行极其便利：循礼门和江汉路两个地铁站都在10分钟步行范围内，而且大堂外就有公交站（不到100米）。即使是去东湖、黄鹤楼等主要景点，坐地铁或公交也在一小时内可达，打车则更快。 员工始终礼貌、友好，服务周到。特别方便的是，他们很乐意帮忙接收并保管我的网购包裹和外卖——非常实用！ 房间干净实用。不过，能明显看出酒店上次装修是在2019年。现在有些家具和设施略显陈旧，缺乏现代感。另外一个小缺点是隔音效果有待加强；偶尔能听到走廊或隔壁房间的声音，特别是关门声（自己房间和隔壁的）非常响。 考虑到优越的地理位置和乐于助人的员工，这绝对是游览武汉的一个绝佳选择。只是在噪音方面需要注意一下。

We travel with our kids annually, and I've stayed at Sheratons in many cities across the country. The service at this Sheraton in Wuhan is genuinely outstanding. Our room attendant was incredibly diligent and attentive; she noticed the needs of me and my children, providing us with pens, bookmarks, and water, and even left a small handwritten card, which we greatly appreciated! These small touches really show how well-managed this hotel is. I noticed the hotel opened in 2014, so it's been open for 11 years, but the rooms still feel very new, are spotless, and are impeccably maintained. This will definitely be our top choice for all future trips to Wuhan.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The intern staff Sun Mountain Tiger was extremely helpful and patient to answer queries, and help set up metro QR apps. The in-house gymn is well equipped and with sauna and steam bath. The hotel is located at Hankou business centre and a little off the major tourists sights. Thecloset tourist area is Jianghan pedestrian walk is three metro stations away. From there one can catch a free to cross over to Wuchang where the Yellow crane tower is located.

我是極少評價的，開始也衹是預訂了一天，但我驚喜這家酒店的服務，又續住了兩晚 ，酒店前台男生真的很熱情，他們離你很遠就會開心的跟你打招呼，能感受到那種笑是發自內心的，同時幫你拿行李，是我在國內酒店少見到的那種真摯用心的服務和微笑，他們真的很棒！酒店辦理入住的女生很漂亮，也會及時答疑解決問題，好的服務大概是我再次入住這家酒店最重要的原因，但也有兩個小建議：1是花灑水温忽冷忽熱，屬於硬件設施問題亟待解決。2是因為一些特殊原因早餐沒能預訂成功，餐廳服務員讓去前天辦理繳費，但前台和餐廳不在同一樓層，還是有些費事，其實酒店可以找到更合適的解決辦法。總之，此次旅行入住酒店很舒心的，也希望酒店越來越好。

I stay at this place every time leaving wuhan. It only takes about four minutes to reach the departure floor, saving a lot of time (2nd floor of terminal 3). The room is quiet, dry, and offers great value for money. Spacious with clean facilities. The breakfast buffet has been such a pleasant surprise offering a wide variety of options. Didn’t expect there’d be such a nice one in a terminal building.

As a loyal customer of Wharf Group, I can confidently say that all their hotels are consistently excellent! This Marco Polo hotel is conveniently located near the city center, offering great transport links and an abundance of dining and shopping options, all just a few minutes away by taxi, subway, or on foot. The views are absolutely stunning, especially the unique 270-degree river view – I absolutely loved it! The front desk staff were warm and professional; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room. Room service was also incredibly prompt!

I had a really great time at the Wuhan Huihao Hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, the prepared non-smoking room was clean and with a good smell and the breakfasts were amazing like you can see on the pictures. The location is absolutly perfect! The metro station and the pedestrian street are really close (150m). If i have the chance to visit Wuhan in the future for a second time, i would stay here again! Thank you very much for the great time and the comfortable stay at the hotel!

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

Located near to factories not at the city centre, suited for business travellers. Mall is beside the hotel with wide variety of food choices.
