It's truly a blessing to stay in a satisfactory hotel on a business trip abroad. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding, quilt, and pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent and the hotel is quiet. The service is very friendly. Breakfast is plentiful, and Aying, a friendly waiter, delivers it to your door on time. Parking is convenient and well-equipped.
I was out running errands that afternoon and didn't know how to get a taxi, so the front desk ladies, Xiao He and Yu Ying, helped me get one. The fact that the front desk staff in Vietnam speak Chinese is truly convenient and a blessing.
Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam.
Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing
I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay.
- Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved.
- Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing.
- BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value.
- Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price.
- Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort.
On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.
Just stayed at this new hotel and honestly, I was really impressed. The room I got had a balcony and it was super spacious – way bigger than I expected! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Breakfast was good too – decent variety and everything tasted fresh. Plus, the location is perfect – close to pretty much everything you’d want to see or do. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something comfy and convenient.
The waiter can speak Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the breakfast is not bad. The towel is a bit old, feels black and a bit hard. The slippers are the kind that are clipped next to the big toe, which is uncomfortable to wear. I want to change to another slipper but I haven't found it yet.
Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.
I am very satisfied. The two hotels I booked earlier were too bad and the price was too high. I stayed at HANA for two nights and I was very satisfied. The room was very quiet and well-equipped. You can also cook. The hotel staff was also very enthusiastic, especially the breakfast. Pictures, although there are not many types, they are really exquisite and taste good. I stayed there for two days and it was never the same. I will stay in Beining again in the future.
The hotel has a superior location and complete surrounding facilities. The room is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. The room is spacious. The room I booked is 40 square meters. There is also a tea break in the lobby, which is a very detailed value-added service. The most important thing is that Lisa Xiaofeng at the front desk speaks fluent Chinese and provides me with a lot of help. This is a hotel worth visiting again.
The hotel is located in a quiet area amidst the bustle of the city, with a peaceful atmosphere and convenient dining options. The room has an automated central control system and is brightly lit. The bathroom has a massage shower head, making for a very comfortable bath. The front desk lady, Yuying, was kind and friendly, speaking fluent Chinese and English. Upon check-out, she even received a complimentary Vietnamese bird's nest, which was delicious. Highly recommended!
The price of this hotel is super high, and all aspects are far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Beining! The sanitary condition of the entire hotel is impeccable. The room is cleaned every day and there is no dust in the corner. From the beginning of check-in at the front desk, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff. They were quick in their hands and feet, and quickly helped me complete the check-in procedures, and also upgraded the room type for me very intimately. This is a surprise!

EEdwardDuring my recent stay at a hotel located in the heart of the city, I was truly impressed by the convenience and comfort it offered. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping centers all within walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly hassle-free.
The room was cozy and well-maintained, with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. The bed was plush, and after a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind. Despite being in the bustling city, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for restful nights.
Safety was also a priority here, with secure access to the building and attentive staff ensuring that guests felt well taken care of. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and professional.
Overall, the combination of a convenient location, comfort, safety, and excellent service made this city stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in the city center.
星星辰iThe hotel is well located for easy access to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern and well maintained facilities. It is especially worth mentioning that the beds are very comfortable and ensure a good quality of sleep. AAnonymous UserThe apartment is very big, especially the living room, with two toilets and a shower, and the price is affordable. You can wash and cook by yourself. The drying rack is very convenient. The downside is that the breakfast is too simple. It is not Chinese style. I am not used to it. The shower has no water barrier, and water is everywhere. Overall, it is worth recommending.
MM445603****Very good, rich and varied breakfast. Beautiful and pleasant environment, and quiet.
The service staff can speak simple Chinese, which makes communication easy. Dinner is also very good, with good color, aroma and taste.

DDeanStylish and Spacious – Great for Business Stays
This is a brilliant hotel with unique architecture that really sets it apart. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to the city, making it ideal for business travelers.
The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.
