Perfect layover hotel, so close to terminal A, only about 8 minutes in the free shuttle they provided the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was really good, especially the springbok carpaccio! I’d recommend it to anyone needing to be near the airport.

The room was very clean, spacious, and luxurious. The hotel lobby and facilities were fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again. Emails were answered promptly, and the service from all staff was very friendly and outstanding. The bed was super comfortable and spotless, which made for a great night’s sleep. You can even check in super early for about $20, which I thought was a fair deal — I checked in 6 hours early. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in a good location for me, I had easy access to a lot The room that I was given was clean and spacious. The only things that I did not like was the uber noise from the shop on site as well as the lack of communication when it came to water issues. We did not have water some days during my stay

Onomo Hotel’s proximity to Nelson Mandela Square Mall is a stone throw away, you literally just cross the small road from the mall exit point straight into the hotel Their breakfast was good however there’s need to add on variety and vegetables!  The rooms are small but clean linen. The TV’s are not smart ones that in some rooms there’s no internet TV accessed. The bathrooms comes with a humid kinda odor that l think emanates from the pipes but they will be clean  WiFi connection was not as good had to have room changes done.  Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, morning shoes and  morning gown, they don’t offer all that!  Reception ladies were not as welcoming even upon enquiring! The concierge, waiters and housekeeping team were very hospitable!

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

My experience in the hotel was pleasant. It is situated in a very high risk area however, if you have business to do along the embassies or department offices nearby then this is a great place. Pleasant staff and the buffet was also good.

One of the best Radisson Blu I have stayed. Very clean. But my first hotel to have been fenced in, and strong security guard (with real handgun). They said it was for safety. With free shuttle every 30 min, for within 5 km locations like shopping. Staff were very nice. Our safari trip was cancelled but Receptionist Delma helped us so well.

The overall experience is very good. The service staff here is also very good. The environment, hygiene, accommodation and meals are all very good. It is worth staying here. HLOGI and HAPPY are all very nice. I look forward to staying here next time.

I ordered a room with a city view. On the photo you can see no city and only the ouside roof. The drawer would not stay closed and kept opening by itself. The tap was completely loose. I took a video, but I cannot add videos on this platform. 我订购了一间可以欣赏城市景观的房间。在照片上，你看不到城市，只能看到外面的屋顶。抽屉不会保持关闭状态并自行打开。水龙头完全松动了。我拍了视频，但无法在此平台上添加视频。
