Family Hotels in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

Hotel is old witb nice location. However, check in and breakfast usually have long lines. Elevators are not working properly for 5 star hotel. Bathroom draining and odour are terrible. I haven’t expected this situation for 5star hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially ZOUHAIR in breakfast service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service and high-quality amenities. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are magnificent, the food delicious, and the service incredible. This hotel is a true five-star luxury hotel. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, Lahcen and Reda, who provided impeccable service with many thoughtful touches and a rarely matched kindness. Morocco and its people are very endearing with their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

Second time visit and really nice to be back pools and drinks all day. Sun was shining, staff was really good and recognised us from last visit. Felt like we were home from home again. Made friends with the waiter and on the day of leaveing even had bought us present. Well worth the visit.

A great hotel, beautiful, lots of greens. Each has its own villa with terrace and lying. A large pool, clean, also has access to the aquapark. The room was also clean, everything in the room was. The hotel has a transfer to Medina, which is convenient. The only of the downsides would be noted - it is a fairly scarce breakfast for a hotel of this level.

This hotel has everything you need. It's all-inclusive, so you can enjoy drinks from the morning. Every cocktail we had by the pool in the Moroccan sunlight was delicious. The food was buffet style, and everything was delicious and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I often make mistakes with the resort hotel of the same name next to it. This one is good, the other one is bad, but the price is also very different. You can choose according to your needs ... but there are many surrounding hotels.

Hotel excelente, adorámos. Quarto grande, cama confortável, ar condicionado e varanda. Hotel com park aquático com bastantes escorregas. Há animação durante o dia todo, aulas de yoga, hidroginástica, zumba na piscina, entre outros. Também há animação noturna, todas as noites é um tema diferente, animadores 6*. Comida deliciosa, variada e para todos os gostos. Adorámos tudo e estamos a pensar voltar para o ano, pois o nosso filho adorou e diz que quer voltar a ir de férias para o mesmo sitio.

Excellent service: staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. As a guest you will not be short of anything, but you will not be short of anything.

First off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth. I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles. However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified. 1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day. The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue. All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.
