TThe Hiumawan FamilyThe room was very clean and spacious, and exactly as pictured. Complete towels, comfortable mattress, and excellent service. You can borrow cooking utensils and a washing machine. The location is 500 meters from the train station and about 300 meters from the bus station. It's about 1 km from a major mall. It's a bit far from the city center. Thank you

AAnonymous UserThe room isn't very big, but it's clean and very close to Beijing Capital Airport. Since I had a flight the next day, it was perfect. The hygiene and facilities were good, and it was also very quiet. I can definitely recommend it to others.

I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. I highly recommend the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel for anyone visiting the city—it’s a fantastic choice for families and travelers alike.

MM274815****We booked a family room for two adults and two children. It had its own small courtyard at the entrance and was split over two floors, with one queen-sized bed (1.5m) and one single bed (1.2m), offering ample space. The hotel itself is beautiful, and it's incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Great Wall. The only minor inconvenience was that only JD and SF Express could deliver directly. Unbeknownst to me, other express deliveries were sent to various collection points, but thankfully, the hotel staff helped me retrieve them all. I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel staff who saw us struggling with luggage and young children (as our room type required navigating stairs). They went out of their way to stay and help us move our bags, which was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed for two nights, and the kids absolutely loved it, especially the outdoor playground. We even got lucky and experienced the first snow, which made the hotel look exceptionally beautiful, and the kids played for most of the day, completely engrossed. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very satisfied overall. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness was lower than my expectation and very noisy that i can clearly hear people's talk behind our room door. Tho, it is budget hotel so those are understandable i think, staff were quick and tried their best to help to things that i asked.

GGuest UserUndoubtedly a divine hotel! The location is quiet yet central, with all amenities nearby without being noisy. The room decor is incredibly cozy, feeling like a temporary home. The hygiene is meticulously maintained; even the washbasin had no water stains. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, making you never want to get up once you lie down. I slept soundly until dawn without any disturbance. The staff were all smiles throughout, making check-in and check-out quick with no waiting, and they even offered to help with luggage. Excellent value for money. It's already on my list of regular stays and highly recommended to anyone visiting this city!

We wanted to send the items back, but the courier was very irresponsible and never took the matter seriously. However, the front desk customer service was very serious and responsible. He kept helping me to urge the courier, which gave me a good travel experience. He also helped us when we couldn't find the location.
