I made two reservations in my name. When I checked in, the attendants identified the two reservations and asked for confirmation. I asked if everything was correct, and I replied that the other reservation would be for my parents who would arrive on the early morning flight. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:30 am, on 11/25, when my parents went to check in. Another attendant told us that we did not have a second reservation, and that we would have to pay again for the stay. I request a refund for the second night, from the hotel or the trip.

Nice hotel, the room is big enough, the bed is big enough, opposite the small park and breakfast shop, the overall feeling is still very good, very quiet road, no noisy car sound

Well located, safe hotel! There is a square in front, making it quiet! For those who need the convention center, it is perfect, it is very close to the hotel! The breakfast is beautiful, it has tamale, fruit, and everything needed for a good coffee, it's a shame that the taste of everything is very bad, dry bread, donuts that taste old, couscous without seasoning, what saved it was cheese bread , fruits and cold cuts! Parking costs 25 per day, the valet will take your car to the parking lot, but if you trust, there are spaces around the square, and it seemed peaceful to me. The room, in the photos, looks much newer, but it is already well worn, the paint is dirty, there is still carpet in the hallways, the beds are good but already worn out! There is complimentary coffee, flavored water and drippings! It's worth a visit, but don't expect too much!
