I got excellent apartments (unexpected appreciation of the š number). Super location and until the station waits in a rush step of 15 min and can be faster on the bus, the historical center right behind the corner. In the room all new, maximum quality. The staff is always ready to help on any issue š I recommend 100%, as well as there is the most cute interior courtyard for recreation.

#Praise# Satisfied with the sound insulation of nearby activities, nearby restaurants, corridors; #Negative reviews#Disappointed with sound insulation; I chose a large house, although there are windows, I can't see anything, because there are only two floors, and I can understand without an elevator. There is also the hot and cold water in the shower room and toilet. Although it does not affect the use, it still feels that it needs to be said.

The location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one!
If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay.
We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down.
During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isnāt visible from the road. It has its own carpark for ā¬6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didnāt have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wantedā¦.
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Location:
The hotel is conveniently located near the main Bologna train station. This made it very handy for our day trips to Venice and Florence. The location is one of the best aspects of the hotel.
Room:
I booked a standard room. While it wasnāt particularly spacious, it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The cleanliness and modernity of the room were quite impressive, especially compared to some older European hotels.
Amenities:
The hotel has a notable rooftop bar that serves aperitif. Itās a nice place to unwind and enjoy a drink with a view.
Service:
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. I arrived a bit before noon, and they let me check in early. On the day of departure, our flight was in the evening, and we were able to check out late for a fee of 10 EUR per hour after 12. The staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Dining:
I paid for the breakfast, which was serviceable. It was adequate but nothing extraordinary.
Overall Experience:
The best part of my stay was the location. It made it very easy to explore nearby cities via train. The modern and clean room was also a big plus. I canāt think of any areas for improvement; overall, Iām quite happy with my stay.
Recommendation:
Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others, mainly for its excellent location and modern rooms. Unlike some older apartments in Europe, the rooms here are updated and comfortable.

TTeodoraLocation at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are āprotectedā by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid.

GGuest UserThe hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket.
Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds.
The bathrooms didnāt have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed.
There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation.
At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

MMaria VeronikaI just spent like a week at the Social Hub in Bologna and for sure can recommend it.
For me, preferably walking the cities I visit, the Social Hub is situated at a perfect location. Just behind the train station, and really a stone throw away from the old town. I would vary my walks to the center, like first going to the University of Bologna, etc. From the Social Hub you can really reach anything on foot.
The hotel itself is very welcoming, friendly, and has a very creative, entrepreneurial vibe.
The room is just the perfect, and all is there what is usually needed.
The public areas, including the pool, are very inviting to spend some time at, either to swim, have a coffee, or a chat with a fellow customer.
All in all, kudos to the team from the Social Hun for their friendly and professional manner they manage it all! Iāll be back š

This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Pros:
ā¢ Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna.
ā¢ Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs.
ā¢ Impressive decor and spacious common areas.
ā¢ Plenty of parking space.
Cons:
ā¢ Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated.
ā¢ Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroomāneeds fixing.
ā¢ Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets!
ā¢ No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool.
ā¢ Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didnāt fit any socketā¦
Overall, itās one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports carāthe village roads are in very very poor condition.

Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didnāt said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

AAnonymous UserOur room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature canāt be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.
