I had a lovely 2-night stay at the Hyatt Centric Cambridge. The hotel was very clean, and the room was well-equipped with amenities such as still water, milk, coffee, tea, a mini fridge, an iron, and an ironing table. A standout feature was the complimentary 24-hour Whippet bus tickets provided on our first day, which made getting around Cambridge easy. The hotel is about 15 minutes by bus from the city centre and conveniently located near a large Sainsbury’s. Another great feature was the in-room entertainment. You can easily broadcast your phone to the TV by connecting to the hotel’s Wi-Fi, allowing you to watch your favourite shows on apps like Netflix seamlessly. The customer service was excellent. When I arrived early to drop off my luggage, they generously offered me a free early check-in at 9:30 AM instead of the usual 3 PM. On my last day, I unfortunately became unwell after brunch at the hotel restaurant. The hotel handled the situation professionally, issuing a full refund for the meal. To further assist, they kindly provided additional bus tickets to help make my journey home more comfortable. Overall, despite this incident, I was very impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness, amenities, and exceptional service. I would still recommend Hyatt Centric Cambridge for a pleasant and well-managed stay.

Nice Staff and helpful. We tried to sleep on the queen size bed and sofa bed which are comfortable! Hotel opposite has Co-op Supermarket, very convenience! Here has swimming pool and gym house, it's clean! Beside the hotel has a carpark, £14.3 for 1 day.

It is next to the school where my children go to, a little over one kilometer away from the train station, and not far from Trinity College, Cambridge University, so it is quite convenient for shopping; the room is a bit small and the bed is a bit high.

Beautifully themed rooms, which elevate what would actually be a rather small room, and made it feel like a quaint and cosy boutique hotel. Loved the balcony overlooking the river, giving us a unique view of greenery and water. And the beds were super comfy. Appreciated the Nespresso machine, the wide choice of teas and the complimentary water and biscuits, plus,the property is a short stroll to the centre of town. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is suitable for extended stays. Housekeeping is only provided once a week, but amenities can be replenished upon request. There's a large supermarket conveniently located nearby. Getting to the city center requires a bus, and no complimentary tickets are offered. The bedding quality was quite basic. Please be aware that there are dogs on the premises, which might be a concern for guests with allergies.

Fabulous stay in a great location. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite.and the rooms have everything you could possibly wish for. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and quality items available. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning.

The location was very good. The room is clean and nothing to say. I stayed for the first time, but I felt that the cospa was very good.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room was simple and clean. At first I wondered why there was no mineral water, but later I found that the hotel lobby provided free sparkling water and purified water, as well as ice cubes, which was very user-friendly. The waiter was very friendly, the hotel was quiet outside, the environment was very good, and there was free parking.

The hotel staffs are excellent included the check in staff,swimming pool receptionist,restaurant staffs, and the cleaner,I left my mobile phone when check out,I went to my car to search and when I returned to the lobby,a staff holding my phone and wait for me there.Grateful to them made my term break trip so impressed and will definitely go back if I had holidays,highly recommend
