The hotel location is not very scenic. The big swimming pool was not open when we checked in at the end of April (why not make sure all facilities are available before allowing us to check in?). There is only a small swimming pool outside the gym :(, which is heated. The room I booked has a jetted tub. The water temperature was very hot on the first day, which was fine. When I wanted to use it on the second night, I found that it was room temperature and I couldn't take a bath at all. I communicated with the reception and he said he couldn't do anything about it. The temperature is controlled by the hotel and guests cannot adjust it. Pressing the temperature increase button didn't work :(. In addition, no cleaning staff came to tidy up the room during the day on the second day. The food, service and environment of the restaurant are all good.

Great location, nice room and breakfast! The lady at the breakfast was really rude and mean though. No customer service at all! The gym situation was so weird. It was made for 1 person only! And by appointment, so I arrived at 10am and they told me all appointments are booked till 6pm, when I asked how is this possible they told me if you want to exercise you should have stayed home!!! What kind of answer is this to a customer? I want to exercise at any time WHY should any person even say this, I was shocked. Besides this it was good. Very tiny pool not like pics.

amazing hotel with amazing staff if your going to kavos this is the only place to stay. nothing else in kavos comes close to this place the food in restaurant was delicious the views are beautiful and the hospitality was top quality loved every moment of my stay.

The room is a villa room, there are battery cars in the way, the room size is OK, some of them are renovated buildings, the room will be bigger, the facilities will be updated, the toiletries are acceptable, and the overall is OK.

Service and environment are very worth it! There are many Filipino employees in the resort, very friendly, more friendly than their local Greek employees, as if traveling in Southeast Asia....Very suitable for taking elderly, children, just lie down at the resort for a few days. The food is not bad! We booked a room with a private pool, but personally feel that there is no need to book a room with a pool at the end of September, it is too cold... Unless you need to posing... But the water is always circulating water and it is very clean.

Wonderful experience, the owner George ran this beautiful luxury Villa with passion, take care of us every need, from booking boat trip, clothing laundry, and private chef for dinner, basically everything you want just ask him, he will definitely use 100% effort make sure you having excellent experience.
The Villa is luxury, definitely worth this money, woke up face to sea views, everything is very nice. Thanks again for George hospitality, I will definitely come back.

GGuest UserDomes of Corfu was a really nice place. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view from our balcony was amazing. We enjoyed having our espresso out on the balcony every morning, which became a lovely daily ritual.
Our package included a breakfast and dinner buffet, along with access to the lounge. The buffet offered a wide variety of food options—more than enough for us to enjoy throughout our stay.
The beach was beautiful, with soft sand and fantastic sea water—perfect for relaxing.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend the resort.
Tip for future guests: Consider renting a car in advance before your arrival. The resort is located about 30 minutes from Corfu Old Town, which is definitely worth visiting. Without a car, you’ll likely spend most of your time at the resort.

PPaul StephenStayed here for a night, very busy hotel with just 2 receptionists checking in, resulting in a 30 min queue. Got the twin plus room, which was nice and clean. Breakfast sadly let the hotel down - nothing was cooked to order, meaning everything was presented buffet style. I arrived at 7:30 to Luke warm omelettes and cold sausages. Beach area is nice, and the walk along the beach to cafes and tavernas was a good option!

GG GelakinsWhat a gem of a hotel. Lovely spa attached and Lydia is too wonderful. Fell asleep whilst she did my facial. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you organizing everything you need. Rooms are lovely and big. Good value for money.

MMassimiliano GrimaldiGood service, except for a problem with booking the taxi for the return (at the reception they forgot to book the taxi, even though we requested it at 10 in the morning for 4.45 in the afternoon). For the rest, beautiful structure, very well kept, good and varied food (excellent possibility to choose between the various restaurants where to eat), a little small beach, but the lawn behind it with all the plants providing shade is the best.

GGuest UserOttimo resort in riva al mare in un parco marino dove depositano le uova le tartarughe Caretta Caretta. È dotato di ampi spazi verdi e offre pasti e servizi all inclusive. Adatto a coppie, famiglie, amici. Tre ristoranti, piscina e campo da tennis. Unico problema: causa protocollo Covid (presumo dell'hotel) la pulizia della camera e il cambio asciugamani vengono effettuato a giorni alterni, però abbiamo chiesto in reception di rassettarci la camera ogni giorno con cambio completo degli asciugamani e ci hanno accontentati. Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in un bungalow superior vista mare, molto ampio, con ambiente separato per nostro figlio e patio attrezzato. I teli mare sono forniti e i lettini con ombrellone in piscina e prato confinante con la spiaggia sono gratuiti. Buon soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo, a contatto con la natura.
