We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with enough space for our family. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious options, and the overall food quality was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Guwahati. The rooftop pool and hotel facilities added to the experience, and our children especially enjoyed the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable visit. An excellent hotel, both in terms of facilities and service. I can't recall the staff's names, but one concierge, in particular, left a deep impression on my check-in day by helping with my luggage to the room and explaining the hotel's amenities. There's a security check at the hotel entrance, and the surroundings are lush with greenery. It's conveniently close to the airport for early morning flights, and the pool and gym facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to both Indian local tastes and international preferences – it's definitely worth taking the time to enjoy. It's clear the hotel strives for excellence, and I hope they continue to maintain this standard.

Good room & good service only have to clearly remind them to clean the room. Left room key at reception but room was not cleaned, was cleaned later when asked. Overall good experience.

Hotel is centrally located in GS road with convenience to most of the shopping malls in the vicinity. The place is ideal for business and leisure. Food served here is delicious and with many options in the buffet breakfast, one can enjoy the stay here without any doubt, the persons in the reception is very courteous and indeed very helpful. Stay in the property is excellent and recommended for others to come and experience the wonderful ambience.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍

When i entered the room, i shocked. Because the room was not as expected there on such amount of price i paid. In other words, it was overpriced. The room and bathroom was found with a little bit bad smell. For this, i used my personal body spray to banish this bad smell.

I stayed here for a long time. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the cockroaches are going to make you feel a little conscious. The building offers a wide range of products, like shopping and theaters, so one can enjoy their time without any hassle. The property is located in the center of the tezpur market area, and hence you will get things in just a 100-meter area distance. The food in the restaurant is only vegetarian and a bit expensive, but the taste is too good. One thing: if you have booked an autorickshaw to reach there, then you shouldn't because the road is accessible to cars and motorcycles only.
