The location is 20 minutes drive from the city attractions, and parking is free. It has its own restaurant, and the cocktails ordered are very generous. The service attitude is good, the room decoration is old and the area is large.

Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that. I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there. If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

When booking, I indicated the need for parking - when I checked in, they said - there are no spaces - go to the city. The room is excellent, but on the first floor and the window overlooks the courtyard - although another room was planned - with a view of the sea.. They said - the FullBook hotel I categorically do not recommend it. The pasta in the restaurant was so oversalted that my wife sent her congratulations to the cook.

Excellent location. Most of the employees were friendly. The room was somewhat dirty despite its good appearance. The noise from the refrigerator was somewhat noisy.

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

The hotel is close to the train station and it takes 5 minutes to walk. The room was clean and the key was very distinctive. The only downside is that the hotel decoration is old, like the decoration of the last century. If you are taking a train from Milan to Nice, it is recommended to stay at this hotel for one night.

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
