Excellent service, they handled our luggage very well. The room was also very comfortable. I especially loved their breakfast, which had a great variety. The location is perfect for exploring on foot right downstairs, and it's close to a famous unagi restaurant. I'd definitely come back here.

The hotel's location is quite good; it's not far from the station or Sakae, and it's a relatively quiet area. There's a FamilyMart nearby, which is very convenient for shopping, and plenty of highly-rated restaurants, making dining very easy.
The room size is decent for the price, offering good value for money, but it doesn't have a bathtub, which is quite unusual for Japan.

The location right next to Kanayama Station is super convenient for getting around (I prefer it over Nagoya Station and Sakae). However, because of the single-pane windows, even on the 18th floor, you can still hear the train. Luckily, the noise level stays under 40 decibels, so it won't wake you up. There's also a shuttle bus nearby that goes to the Aeon Atsuta store. From the window, you can see an Aeon store, distant snow-capped mountains, and a little figure holding an umbrella on the roof of the building opposite. The twin beds can be pushed together, but there's a bunch of wires and equipment under the nightstand that prevents it from moving completely. This leaves a gap of about 20cm between the bed and the wall at the head, which is fine for a family of three to sleep comfortably. The mattress is a Simmons, and it's quite comfortable to sleep on, though the pillows are a bit too narrow. The bathroom looks a little older than it actually is, but it's perfectly functional.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the JR station, with many choices of restaurants and few shopping malls nearby, making it a great base for exploring the city. The property feels very new and well-maintained. Our twin room room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made for a very comfortable stay. The lobby is also impressively spacious, with plenty of seating areas to relax or wait comfortably.
One highlight was the gym — it’s well-equipped with modern, new machines, which is a big plus for those who like to keep up with their workouts while traveling. I also appreciated the daily freshly brewed coffee provided in the room, a small detail that made a big difference.
Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel that I would happily return to on my next visit to Nagoya.

The location is excellent! You can take the airport bus directly to the last stop. It's just one stop away from Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. It's an older, established hotel with a lot of character. I had a packed schedule so I didn't get to explore it much, which is a bit of a shame. The room type I had was very spacious, and the amenities were complete. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the cleaning was meticulous. The mini-bar items were complimentary. I stayed for three days and was very satisfied. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't great; I could hear conversations from the next room. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nagoya.
I stayed at this hotel on the first day of my trip. The overall facilities were very nice and the service was great.
The room was also very clean, and the lounge was especially impressive.
Guests were able to use it for free within a set time, and it was great to be able to relax while enjoying various alcoholic beverages and coffee.
The gym facilities were also great.
If I visit Toyohashi again, I would like to stay a little longer. Thank you!

The hotel's location is good, right in the center of Rong. However, the room size is quite small, and the lighting is very dim. The room design feels a bit overly complex and impractical, and the mini-fridge is ridiculously tiny. The hotel corridors and elevators are predominantly dark-toned, making them feel very gloomy. The biggest flaw is that the hotel starts from the 24th floor upwards, requiring a transfer to another elevator on the 24th floor. During peak hours in the evening, there's a long queue for the elevators, which would make descending very difficult in an emergency. The front desk staff also aren't as welcoming as in other hotels; sometimes they don't even greet guests passing by. I won't be staying here again.
We stayed here for a night to catch a morning flight the next day. The hotel itself is about 15-20 mins walk to the terminal but it provides free shuttle bus service in the morning starting from 6.40am. There's also a free shuttle bus in front of the hotel taking guests to the nearby Aeon Mall in Tokoname where you can shop and dine. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety on offer and the hotel room has a nice view of the ocean.
The biggest advantages:
1. Free parking available.
2. Features a large public bath.
3. Surrounded by many shopping malls.
4. Excellent cleanliness.
5. Breakfast includes eel rice (unadon).
Disadvantages: The room wasn't what I wanted; the floor was too low. Although it had a balcony, it was too far from the elevator, and since my mother has difficulty walking, the room being so far inside with no alternative was inconvenient.

MMryxOn our trip from Kyoto Uji to Nagoya and then Takayama, we chose this Courtyard by Marriott hotel. It truly lives up to a five-star standard, with a fantastic overall ambiance. Both the lobby and restaurant are very spacious, and the rooms are a good size too. It's conveniently located just one subway stop from Nagoya Station. Highly recommended!

FFAN_CI really like TIAD's decor, which is why I chose it over a very well-located Marriott. It's right above a subway exit. To get to Nagoya JR Station, you need to transfer twice, so a taxi is more convenient, costing between 1900-2200 JPY. The hotel's amenities are outstanding, including a Bioprogramming hairdryer (though only 4D). They provide London EH toiletries, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. There's even underfloor heating in front of the sink. Overall, the experience was great, but the turndown service could be a bit more attentive.
CCunchangLocated right above Nagoya Station, this hotel has been around for over 10 years, but its facilities are so well-maintained, it still feels brand new. The best part is the incredible convenience for getting around; you can hop on the subway, JR, or Shinkansen directly, saving a lot on taxi fares. The famous Takashimaya department store is also in the same building, spanning floors 1 to 11, with floors 12 and 13 dedicated to dining, offering a wide array of Nagoya's culinary delights.
NNatesterA fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience.
The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax.
Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.
GGuest UserI stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, and I even got upgraded to a higher floor. It's very close to the Sakae shopping district, with all the malls just about a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction is Shin-Sakae, where you can find quite a few Chinese restaurants. There's a Sugi pharmacy right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for buying cosmetics, daily necessities, and food – I shopped there every day. For breakfast, you can choose between the ground floor buffet or the second-floor Japanese set meal. I'd definitely recommend the buffet on the ground floor; it has a wide variety, including名古屋特色的烤鸡翅 (Nagoya-style fried chicken wings), though it can get a bit crowded. The service was also excellent, absolutely flawless. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Nagoya. The only thing to note is that the road leading to Sakae is a gentle uphill slope, which might be a little tiring if you're pushing a stroller.
GGuest UserThe views are fantastic, and the facilities are quite new. The bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip. The only minor drawback is that getting around is a bit inconvenient; although there's a direct monorail line, the transfer at Nagoya Hub Station is a very long walk. It would actually be quicker to just walk directly between the hotel and the hub station.
