Jjose angel arizpeReserve en esta app una habitación con una cama extra grande , y al llegar al hotel mi reserva decía que eran 2 camas matrimoniales , obviamente no sabia lo que pasaba o el por que del error , le comente al recepcionista que si podría hacer algo para cambiar eso ya que yo no quería dos camas y afortunadamente y como dijo el muchacho de la recepción que como era domingo no había mucha demanda de habitaciones si no no me hubiera ayudado con el cambio de habitación y eso que ya estaba pagado , espero que nunca vuelva a suceder ya que por esos detalles uno cambia de app y hasta de hotel ..
