The hotel is in a great location. Service was by nice friendly staff.
Bath + sink in the room is very weird and shouldn't be. Later I saw you can choose separate bathroom room. For 1 night it was ok. Breakfast was very minimal.
The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel has the characteristics of a typical European town. There are not many rooms, but the rooms are large, the bathroom is very comfortable, and the bathrooms are designed as separate rooms. The scenery of the town is particularly beautiful.
Check-in took a little while. If you had to fill in all kinds of personal data, it would have been easier if you could do it online at home. Comfort room booked but because the TV was piece we got a free upgrade for a junior suite, well-regulated by reception. Fortunately, because the comfort room was not beautiful and useless view of the roof. What I found bad was that there were no coffee/tea facilities for such a expensive room. There was a safe in the room but the key was to get at reception, they had not passed at check-in. No pen on the desk. 8 euros per night for parking while not guaranteed. When we were late back from the city, luckily there was just one place left. Hotel good enough for one night, wouldn't want to stay anymore.
Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to go to the hot springs. I will come again next time! There is a good restaurant nearby for eating ribs. It is called De Zoete Zoen. After taking a hot spring bath, you can walk a few steps here to eat.
Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!
The room is spacious with the garden facing the window. Friends who like to be close to nature can be determined. The height of the toilet seat is very difficult for Chinese people. The overall level is relatively reliable
Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.
We had a very nice weekend . Hotel is near the center, the evening dinner , breakfast was delicious . The facilities such as swimming pool, sauna fitness are there. Jacuzzi in the room daughter of 6 years old calls the golden hotel. The next time we come to Roermond, we'll certainly be going to book here again.
A very distinctive hotel, very close to the outlets and the city, a very good experience

MMohamed Sameh SolimanHotel environment was good
BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for the second time. The hotel is in a very good location. There is a river next to it. The other side of the river is the central area. You can go shopping. The only drawback is that there is no elevator to the parking lot. You have to climb the stairs with your luggage.

愛愛遊玩之喵The hotel is very close to the city center, only a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel facilities are good, including fitness room, bingbing ball, billiards, etc.
Checkin has free welcome drink & hot dog
However, the toilet is very small, the service speed is very slow, and the air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted.

GGuest UserThe Commission has not been prepared for the larger group migration.
In the neighboring MECC was the EK HIPHOP dance !!!!!!!
When checking in, they said they were surprised by this big start.
Long lines for breakfast, all tables occupied !!!!!!!!
WWim BVery nice hotel
on beautiful location in a nice village, close to Maastricht. We liked the friendlyness of the staff. The restaurant was according to the price very much ok.
GGuest UserVery wonderful day, there is a very good environment, the reception service is very good, there is a chance to come back to the depth experience
