The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room size was just right. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. 👍 We only stayed one night before heading to Klang, which was very close by. Worth it!

Good hotel with good breakfast. Staffs are friendly & free parking eventhough we went out hours after check-out time. Bed are decent & clean.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient without much walking. It also has direct access to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, which is fantastic if you're staying here to visit the park. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it's generally acceptable. For Chinese guests, the breakfast selection is quite limited. The minibar is very disappointing, with only two small bottles of orange juice.

This is our second time staying here, and we really love the location. It is super close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for grabbing food nearby or heading out for early flights. You can walk there in no time, so you never have to worry about traffic, and everything feels completely within your control. That part is fantastic. However, there are a few issues: 1. Cleanliness: Don't expect the hygiene standards of a proper hotel; it feels more like a guesthouse. It's clear they haven't maintained strict quality control in that area. 2. Breakfast: We tried their breakfast. It's very ordinary, not amazing, but not terrible either, just an earnest effort on their part. 3. Noise: Because of our transit schedule, we were waking up around 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning, and every time we stepped out of our room, there were tons of birds chirping right outside the door. 4. Door design and safety: The room doors are poorly designed. You have to slam them shut hard; otherwise, they stay partially open and won't latch, which raises real security concerns. 5. Maintenance: I stayed in room 365, and the bathroom sink leaked the whole time I was washing my face, water kept dripping down into the basin, which was really frustrating.

Had a wonderful staycation at Cyberview Resort & Spa in Cyberjaya! 🌿✨ The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you forget you’re just minutes away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway. 

This premium hotel has everything needed, free shuttle to IOI Putrajaya, pool, spa and great design. There was also free balloons for kids on the day we checkin. However, we were a bit unlucky as there were event and parkings are full, hence we need to park the car in the other building which is a bit confusing. The small detail that perhaps the hotel can consider is to allocate 1 car parking for each room, as most of the guests bring luggages and not all do the drop-off in front of the lobby which makes long distance parking a hassle. Overall, all are great except the parking issue :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.
