Checking was straight forward as room had been rebooked by Trip.com. Direction after exiting. KLIA Transit station at Klia2 is non-existent and signage direction to Tune hotel is very limited. Who would've guess that u need to take the exit next to family mart to find the hotel. Hotel is quite clean but the towels in our room appeared a bit worn. The TV had an Astros sport channel, didn't try other channel as it was playing rerun of 2025 French open. Buffet breakfast selection has a reasonable wide selection of local fare.

Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all.

Great Room but Bathroom Needs Improvement Stayed one night at Mercure Glenmarie — overall, I was satisfied with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. However, there was a problem with the bathroom. When showering, water would leak out through the door, making the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be a safety issue. Hope the hotel can look into this and improve the shower sealing or drainage. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Location is fine but you might stuck in heavy traffic if peak season. In house guest can entitled RM3 parking per entry (basement parking) just validate the card with reception area. During my check-in I noticed some unpleasant things from the reception staff like judgmental attitude towards me which make me uncomfortable. None of the front office greet or smile at me until Mr Arun the Duty Manager was there and assisted me. I’m glad he was there to assist me. Staff needed more professional training and don’t judge all your guest. Respect is utmost for every guest. He do listened to my request and assisted well. Thank you for that. Some hours later we requested extra bed which cost around RM100 plus and the front office staff called to ask for payment and I told them can I pay during my check out and she answered no because no deposit collected during my check in. I wonder why this happened. Because while I waited for my room key I do check with Mr Arun shall I pay the deposit with having cash with me he politely say no need deposit. So it was instructed by manager itself and why the front office still mentioned to me ? Like I will run away from paying? That’s was awful. When I told her can pay during my breakfast time she agreed and I made the payment on the next morning. For room part the bed, pillow and bathroom needed major maintenance. Hope the management team will take further action on this. I often encountered clogged sink and clogged bathtub. Although upon sending technician the issue still the same. It’s really unpleasant when we can’t enjoy the bathtub. We had buffet dinner and the F&B team was very polite and respectful to all of us. Keep the good vibes.. We do enjoyed some discount on our bill from Hilton Membership. The housekeeping team also very well deserved some credit. They do assisted us well when we need their service. Thank you for that. Breakfast was good but still can have more option since Hiton is 5 ⭐️ rank.. I was expecting more from them.. Buffet dinner also good , still can improved. They more to promoting local food then having international menu. During my stay Ms Susan from Hilton Reservations Team/Customer Service I wasn’t sure she from which department she do texted me while I staying at hotel to check everything was okay and I do reply to her too do have some issues to highlight and without hesitate she informed to relevant department and the front office staff contacted to my room to find out what was wrong. I appreciated her instant response about guest concerns. Thank you for your action. During check out Ms Lynn Duty Manager came out and spoke to us about our experience willing to listened to our feedback. And I have shared all my experiences and feedback to her as per my google review. Thank you for listening to us. Overall it’s wasn’t a pleasant experience and stay. But we will consider coming back since Hilton do care about their guest and I can see the action taken from people like Ms Susan and Ms Lynn and Mr Arun. Thank you for that. 2.5/5⭐️

I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. The service and facilities were generally satisfying. However, housekeeping needs some improvement. For example, the kettle in my room had a broken lid, which should have been highlighted and replaced before guests checked in. The room could also use some refurbishment to keep it looking fresh and well-maintained.

Generally a warm welcoming stay at Sama-Sama hotel with a prompt baggage driver at pick up point. A polite receptionist attended us at midnight though a bit time consuming regarding our registration due to few customers at queue. I could see his patient won us at heart though we felt sleepy and tired. The room is conducive, neatly designed, clean and quiet surroundings though near the airport. We had a good rest then. No doubt, it’s a wise choice to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives for its hospitality and strategic location. Congrats!

This hotel is outside the terminal al 2 only 3 minutes walk from arrivals hall. It is within a mall environment with food hall conveniently downstairs and at lot of stores are open 24 hours. Uniqlo h and m Watson and a hairdresser are there. Great food options banks and money exchange. The hotel is very clean. Reception is efficient and helpful. The rooms are very small but bathrooms are well appointed with soft towels and amenities. No bath. Sheets are nice and crisp. Great pillows. Water coffee and tea. I was there for a transit stay overnight and it was just perfect for this. Would not want to stay much longer than a few nights. Recommend for this type of stay.

Exploring One World Hotel, Malaysia The hotel's English name is One World Hotel, but its Chinese translation is 'Wanda Hotel,' which can be misleading as it has no connection to the famous Chinese real estate company. Similarly, the adjacent One Utama shopping mall is referred to as 'Wanda Plaza' in Chinese, also without any actual relation. I ended up booking this hotel for an exhibition I was attending. It's considered a mid-to-high-range option in the Kuala Lumpur area. I flew from Penang to Kuala Lumpur in the evening, and the taxi ride from the airport took about an hour. Upon arrival, there was no bellhop to assist with luggage when I got out of the taxi; I only received help once I was inside the lobby. After checking in, despite my assurance that I could manage my bags, the bellhop insisted on taking my luggage to the room. Fortunately, I had some Malaysian Ringgit cash on me, so I tipped 5 MYR. The next evening, when I returned to collect my stored luggage before heading to the airport, I noticed the same bellhop at the front desk, waiting for guests checking in, even for those with just a small 20-inch carry-on. The hotel opened in early 2008, and there's a plaque at the entrance stating it was personally inaugurated by the Sultan of Selangor at the time. The breakfast was fantastic, with an extensive spread of options. The swimming pool was also good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

During my stay for 6 days and 5 night, I was truly impressed by the housekeeping service. The front desk team was efficient and always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, making dining a pleasant experience. A special appreciation to the housekeeping team, who ensured my room was spotless and comfortable every day.
