Incredible service from start to finish, best we received on our trip (which is saying something). The room was pristine, had small gifts for my better half’s birthday and the food/wine were excellent.   The honest bar was great and genuine interest in their wine was clear to see from everyone that we spoke to.

Hotel with a very spacious and well-equipped room, including hairdryer and clothes. A varied breakfast with quality products. Excellent indoor pool; spa with sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. A pleasant outdoor space with many free parking facilities.

Hotel location is great, right in the center. Room is a bit outdated, but clean. Parking is free. Breakfast is simple but ample, come with scrambled eggs and bacon's, cornflakes and different breads. Rception staff was helpful

However, in my opinion, the most serious thing is the one that causes the most inconvenience is the hotel bar, as it does not have any permanent staff, and the guest who goes to reception must inform that he wants to be attended, and in turn, the reception contact a restaurant employee to come and serve guests at the bar, not to mention the ridiculousness that the bar does not serve anything to eat, only drinks are served, a situation that causes a lot of inconvenience as the nearest cafes and restaurants are about 15 km away . In short the hotel does not have a service according to a 5 star hotel.
