The environment is good and safe. The decoration is old, but the price/performance ratio is OK. It is quite safe. The Chinese food is good and the breakfast is delicious. There are domestic soy milk, fried dough sticks, tea eggs, rice noodles, wontons, and Chinese flavor.

Hello Neelkanth I would like to appreciate your service and my staying in the hotel I really did enjoy my stay in, I was really and more than welcome đ The reception was so flexible and kind, I did appreciate that and mostly I love to much CRISTABEL đ„°shi was so kind, and KUNDA all of them was really so kind and polite to us. Didnât realise before booking that this is a Chinese-operated hotel aimed I would imagine at hosting the local Chinese workforce. All TV channels were in Chinese, breakfast was Chinese food, coffee machine instructions were in Chinese. However, the staff were all Zambian and extremely helpful. Supposed to be a no-smoking hotel but it smelled strongly of cigarettes in our corridor. Bathroom kept smelling like a âwet dogâ. No facilities in the hotel but luckily a great bar and restaurant next door.

The Taj as usual didn't disappoint. It's a great venue with all the facilities that you could want. Great value when compared to other venues that don't have the range of facilities and service that you get there. Definitely top of the list when in Lusaka!

I enjoyed everything at this hotel. The room was sizeable for a solo traveler. The bedding was just amazing...! I slept very very well. I am curious about their mattress brand, I want to buy it....! The breakfast spread was great. Healthy salads and changing buffet spreads everyday. I did not manage to use the fitness center and swimming pool on the Intercontinental side, but it was nice to have the option. The front office accomodated my very early checkout - 5am, and even organized with the kitchen for a breakfast baggie. There is taxi service to the airport but I did not use it.

Facilities: Airport hotel, the room is small, like a dormitory. It is a place to sleep. No slippers, no toothpaste toothbrush. The bed is small. The air conditioner is not hot. Breakfast is very small.

Environment: There is nothing outside, it is close to the airport, and you can walk to the airport.
Service: When you sit down and order food, suddenly trip. Ask the waiter for a box of matches and charge 50 grams of watcha.

LLauren GoatleyI usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child canât have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didnât tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didnât have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasnât a great one.

HHONGCHANGBreakfast was average and environment was ok. There is a 24-hour convenience store near the gas station next to it. It is too difficult to find a convenience store in Lusaka. In a business district, you can go to the supermarket to buy something during the day.
