The legend and classic vibe of Royale Chulan. Very satisfied with the room, service and breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and accommodate. Location is good, nearby mosque, mall, town and KTM. The downside maybe the old pillow and flat, which hotel need to change it. Parking provided for hotel guest. Overall this place is cozy and comfortable to stay. My sister always chose to stay at Royale Chulan for every Raya celebration in Seremban.

Made a last minute booking, about 3 hours before arrival.  Upon arriving, parking staffs allowed us to park at the OKU parking as they saw my mom struggled to get down from the car into her wheelchair.  During check in, I have requested for a wheel chair friendly room and the staff was kindly enough to accommodate the request.  The buggy driver was friendly.  Even the housekeeping staffs were friendly and gave us extra towels when we requested.  The room was spacious, and large king sized beds with comfortable pillows. We enjoyed the private pool (which clean) until almost midnight.  Econsave and many restaurants nearby are just a few minutes away by car.  The breakfast choices are adequate. The surrounding compound was clean, and even the sea water appears clean.  Beautiful view of Selat Melaka.  My family enjoyed the stay, and my mom wished to return soon.  A little bit pricey (better look out for offers) but worth the RM.

The room is spacious. However, it needs refurbishing. The room has unpleasant odors the moment I open the door, some kind of mouldy smell. The bed sheets don’t cover the whole mattress, they are smaller than the mattress. There’s no ventilator in the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom is so dim.

Its a gamble stay, i stayed here multiple times, sometime you might get run down room, sometime you might get perfect condition room, and this time i got one of the worst condition of all my stays in Klana. the wall rack in bath area is gone, so you have to put all your toiletries outside bath area. The Do Not Disturb and Make Up Room button are not functioning, so everyday have to go down to counter to informed make up room needed. 2 chairs are missing. Room service is very good, room is clean and quiet, bed is very comfy, breakfast is very nice too.

We booked for 2 pax, only get one pair of slippers and 3 big pillows. We requested another pair, but they said no more. Hmm? The toilet can be a little bit cleaner, had some yellow stains around the corners. The water will seep through the shower door and make the floor wet, puzzling design. But their hairdryer was awesome! Powerful. We bought ramen and forgot our chopsticks, they gave us some utensils although not included in hotel service. Parking space was also available. Overall good

We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway. We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience. For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic. Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.

I chose this hotel specifically because I had an early morning flight the next day and wanted to be close to the airport. I was quite satisfied with my stay. It only took about ten to fifteen minutes by taxi to the airport, which made managing my time easy and stress-free. The room was much more spacious than I expected; I could easily lay out two large suitcases without any issue. The cleanliness was also a big plus—the sheets and bathroom were spotless with no strange odors, which is very important to me. Overall, it was a simple yet comfortable experience.

As soon as we walked in, we were hit by a stale, dusty smell. The room wasn't very clean, but we didn't think much of it and checked in anyway. To our surprise, the next day we woke up with those terrible little rashes shown in the pictures. If this hadn't happened on the second day, we could have changed hotels sooner. Our first day's experience was also awful. After a tiring day of hiking, we couldn't get back into our room because our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to call someone for maintenance. Luckily, after some fixing, we got in, but dramatically, the same thing happened a second time. Frustrated, I asked them to fix it permanently or please give us a different room. This time, it was fixed quickly again, so thanks to the staff. But I didn't realize that this was just heaven's first warning. On the third morning, we were supposed to sleep until noon and then leave the hotel refreshed. Instead, the biggest nightmare arrived. I was half-asleep when I was woken up by a continuous wake-up call that lasted at least three minutes. I finally broke down. Although this wake-up service wasn't for us, I was clearly more ”serviced” than the neighbors who wouldn't get up. Angrily, I got up and saw that next door was clearly a group of students on a tour? I'm writing this review in anger, hoping to help anyone who needs it.

So far we are very happy to stay in Raia Beach Resort. Front desk receptionist was very friendly when we were check in. The room was very clean, bright and pleasant fresher ever. Even though we are near the pool area and the beach but the sound prove of the room very good we don’t hear any noises from outside.  We were staying at block E very near to the gate to the public beach. We feel very secured bcos the the gate too the public beach is hotel room card operate and the operating hour is 7am-7pm other time is closed even you use card to tap also will not open if is outside the operating hour. 👍 The buffet breakfast I will not said fantastic but I think for the price of hotel with breakfast I would said is value for money. Breakfast was everyday got Nasi Lemak but different type of curry chicken, hot chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, baked beans, Chinese porridge with different type of side dishes, toast, egg station, noodle soup station, everyday 2 type of cakes (I.e. butter cakes and marble cakes), Kuih, fruits, juices and coffee & tea.  I think is just good enough for me.  The staff very kind and friendly. I think the resort just took over by new management as we can see at night the staffs still try to put up some safety measures I.e. safety at pool area, life guard station and towel station. The resort very convenient to the nearby makan stalls and convenience stall. I would recommend friends & relative to stay at this resort.  Thank you management and the staffs for up keeping the resort neat and clean. Please keep up with the good work. We arrived around 12 ish and the room is not ready but they allowed us to store the luggage while they are doing the final check of the room before releasing it to guest hence the front desk were quick to process our registration first. We then went out to have lunch and came back knowing that the room has been well prepared and ready upon our return. All the staff has been super friendly and courteous to brought us to the room and let us know the facilities. Location wise is really good as it is beside a beach and we definitely would be returning here again in the future. Breakfast wise it is not bad but can be further improving by adding in hash browns!
