It was a wonderful stay at Blue Ocean Studio. The entire place is clean and well-maintained, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool area is another highlight clean, cozy, and a great spot to unwind. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff: incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

I often come to Egypt for business trips and have stayed in many B&Bs. Let me put it this way, I will not go anywhere else in the future, but stay here. The environment, sanitation and convenience are very good. Another thing is that the proprietress is very good. It feels like home in Egypt.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location of the hotel is close to a main road so traveling from and to the hotel was very convenient. Also getting to the hotel from the airport took no more than 20 minutes. The room looked exactly as advertised in the pictures and everything we needed was available. The staff was also very helpful. We had an issue connecting to the WiFi. We called the reception and within a couple of minutes someone reset the router we could go online. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back.

The room was clean and big with all kitchen utensils included a washing machine, very convenient if you have a car easy to reach all the places, many malls near by with a good service restaurants

Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

The host was warm and welcoming! The bedding in the room was spotless and clean. The hotel is a convenient 15-minute drive from Cairo Airport! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all Chinese dishes, prepared by the chef himself, and taste exactly like what you would find in China.

It was a very pleasant stay. It's very small place on forth floor for 200 years old building. Arhitecture is astonishing for those ones who appreciates old, high ceiling buildings. Breakfast was very tasty and stuff is highly pleasant, friendly and helpful. Place is very clean and tidy. However room was very small and bathroom was so tiny, plus weight person won't be able to use it. Overall great stay, great location and experience.

Excellent new apartments, there is everything for a comfortable life, clean linen, comfortable beds, dishes, household appliances, fast internet. Quiet, clean, safe area, many cafes nearby, a large shopping center. The hotel organizes great excursions. Pleasant atmosphere, really hospitable hosts. We are very pleased with our stay at Second home hospitality!

Excellent apartments. New Cairo City. Near the hypermarket. Near the Madinati and Rehab City. The place is beautiful. In the apartments all the facilities. Clean and beautiful.
