This hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right near the ski slopes, saving us the hassle of commuting back and forth. The room was spacious and bright, cozily furnished, and fully equipped, with good heating that wasn't dry. The restaurant food was delicious, especially the hot noodle soup for breakfast – it was incredibly comforting after a ski session. The front desk even helped us book ski equipment, which was super convenient. In the evenings, we could relax with friends over tea in the hotel's lounge area, creating a very laid-back atmosphere. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone coming for a ski trip!

Stayed here during the National Day holiday, and they already had floor heating, which was great even though we couldn't ski yet. The autumn scenery was beautiful! The hotel has an open kitchen, and there are many dining options nearby. The only downsides were that the supermarket in Thaiwoo Town is small and a bit pricey, and the hotel breakfast was truly subpar... With so many people, they couldn't keep up, and you basically had to get lucky to grab a bowl of noodles. The underground parking was a bit difficult to access, but it didn't really affect our stay. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but I think I'd try a different hotel next time.

The service was incredibly thoughtful: Our stay at this hotel with our child was fantastic! The staff were warm and attentive throughout. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage. During check-in, the staff patiently explained everything, showing great care in every detail. Throughout our stay, from arrival to departure, every single staff member prioritized the needs of families with children, making our whole family feel wonderfully cared for. Convenient location: The hotel's location is excellent. There's a shuttle every hour, with a clear timetable, which is a thoughtful touch. It was very convenient whether we were heading to the park or returning to the hotel to rest, saving us a lot of time and effort while traveling with a child. Well-equipped facilities: The room facilities were comprehensive. Not only were there disinfectant wipes and children's slippers, but they also specially prepared mini cartoon-themed items for the little ones.

從懷來站打車過來大概20多分鐘，在一個温泉小鎮裏，入住時主動延遲到14點退房，房間本身確實不大，但基本也都是在室外泡温泉，房間光是洗漱睡覺也足夠了。附贈了耳塞，感覺火車噪音影響不大。房間乾淨整潔，建議房間裏多放幾瓶礦泉水，秋冬比較乾燥。 半山温泉非常好，室外AB兩個區域四五個池子，40度左右的水，白天晚上泡都不會冷，可以一直泡到晚上22:30，邊泡邊欣賞星空。游泳池非常好，25米泳道30度水温遊起來很爽！健身房比較簡單，除了跑步機之外就兩台全身設備。餐廳口味不錯，價格適中份量很大，早餐也比較豐盛，類似於四星招待所的水準。咖啡豆是山姆的，酸奶是麥德龍的，還是很有保障的！ 建議可以豐富一些健身娛樂設施，或增加温泉泡池種類及按摩搓澡之類。如果不開車的話酒店周圍啥都沒有，建議可以開一個超市便利店，多準備一些酒水飲料零食。另外，早餐是7-9:30，度假真的起不來，建議適當延長時間。 總之，推薦北京週末來度假，性價比高，風景優美，放鬆身心，還會再來！

The hotel environment was very good; I've stayed at other nice hotels before, so I won't comment on the hotel itself. My trip started off on a bad note; the entire journey was exhausting. That's when I met a hotel staff member, I believe he was at the front desk, Mr. Zhao Jingxu. Around 2 AM, I realized I was out of cigarettes and asked him where I could buy some. He enthusiastically informed us that there were no shops within 25 km. Then, without a word, he took out his own cigarettes and offered them to us. Knowing our 3-day, 2-night trip was ending today, he became our good friend (our only connection in Chongli!). I hope the hotel sees this review and gives him a good evaluation. If possible, I'd love to see him again on my next visit. I hope the hotel promotes this wonderful friend.

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

It was my first time to visit Chongli. I looked at many B&Bs and finally chose this one. Let me talk about the advantages first: First, the service is good and the housekeeper is very responsible. When I booked the room, I noted that I wanted to add two extra quilts, which were placed in the bedroom in advance. The housekeeper also provided an owner card, which gave us an 12% discount on all meals in Taiwu. He also recommended us many places to eat, drink and have fun. Second, the room is fully equipped with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and two bathrooms. The kitchen can be used for cooking and has pots and pans. The toilet is also fully equipped with supplies, and there is a Dyson hair dryer. The bedroom bedding is complete and the mattress is very comfortable. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out to become a bed, which can sleep two people, and bedding is provided. Third, the surrounding environment of the B&B is good. It is located on the right side of the entrance to Taiwu Town. It is very quiet and not noisy. The B&B is very close to the center, less than three minutes away. There are many places to eat nearby, including Chinese, Western, fast food, hot pot and barbecue, such as Quanjincheng, Sukiyaki, KFC, Tieguodun, etc. Breakfast is relatively less. Finally, let's talk about the shortcomings: first, the bath water is a little small, it would be more perfect if it were bigger; second, it is recommended to equip two floor towels, as there will be some water stains after taking a shower.

The hotel environment is very good, with ample parking spaces. The front desk lady Sally is professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. The hotel is very close to the Tangquan Palace outdoor hot spring, a five-minute walk. It is very convenient. It is a perfect accommodation for a hot spring trip. It was another pleasant weekend. It was very comfortable to sit on the small terrace, bask in the sun, drink tea and read books. The private hot springs and public venues have their own merits. There are also many choices of restaurants, and many parent-child activities have been added. The most important thing is that the service here is constantly improving. I am especially grateful to a manager named Li Dan for giving us high-quality service. From the guidance of the itinerary to the handling of details, we feel like home. The children are very happy. I am already looking forward to coming to Ruige again next time.

Upon entering the room, a lovely fragrance greeted me. The warm lighting throughout the space created a very cozy atmosphere. I really liked the Nordic-inspired decor – it's super photogenic! Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. You can even cook your own meals, and there's a washer and dryer available. I personally think this place is perfect for extended vacations; living here for a while would be no problem. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, and it was also very warm. Buffet breakfast offers a full range of both Chinese and Western options. The breakfast hours are quite long, which is perfect for us late risers. Filling up before hitting the slopes felt amazing! The hot spring and ski tickets being included was an incredible value. After skiing, heading down to B1 for a relaxing hot spring soak was just pure bliss and comfort!
