Hot Springs Hotels in Canary Islands, Spain

Travelled here as a solo traveller and have to say I felt very safe. I was also treated exactly the same as everyone else; sometimes solo travellers can be made to feel uneasy asking for a table for one or sitting at sun loungers with a spare one next to it. Rooms were great on the whole. Comfortable and great bedding. It felt clean but there were little things that could’ve been improved such as blood stain on the wall and dust on skirting boards. I was upgraded from a suite to a gold level suite because they’d sold out. They told me that I wouldn’t be entitled to use gold facilities which i understand but equally if I were the manager I would give access to the gold level pool. The standouts were location - easy access to beach, walks and restaurants; Matias the lifeguard who went above and beyond every day; and food at breakfast choice was vast and so fresh, excellent.

The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

I was surprised by the tranquility and beauty of the place with spectacular views of the sea. Excellent treatment from all staff. 100% recommended The only thing I give a negative point is the poor lighting outside the place because it is a very beautiful environment to walk around at night but due to the poor lighting it was not possible. Nos ha encantado las vistas e instalaciones,, la habitación amplia con vistas una, terraza grande y preciosa con un tendedero y todo. Los detalles de las infusiones y el café, azúcar, tazas... y un mini fregadero con su estropajo, jabón y todo. La cama muy cómoda y con dos almohadas incluso, ambas cómodas. Aunque una suite debería tener bañera y cama doble. El spa es de acceso libre y sin reservar. El aparcamiento en la calle gratuito es fácil en la puerta.

Very satisfied. The hotel environment is great, with a small botanical garden right next door. The room also has a large balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view. There are also many supermarkets around the hotel. Highly recommended!

It was great again. Sea view room near the boulevard. Nice dining and fantastic wellness and sauna. Personal service and therefore reason for many people to come back. Tonight.

The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)
