My entire experience, from airport pickup and check-in to check-out and airport drop-off, was seamless and exceptional. I received welcome fruit upon check-in and a small gift at check-out. Understanding that most guests here are transiting, they thoughtfully provided eye masks and tissues, which were incredibly practical. Honestly, I rarely leave reviews, positive or negative, for shopping or anything else, as I find it a hassle. However, this is one I genuinely felt compelled to write. It's an excellent hotel, and it will certainly be my first choice next time I have the opportunity.

The hotel’s amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, laundry and multiple dining options, added to the comfort of my stay. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the shuttle’s frequent schedule made airport transfers stress-free. The service was exceptional here , starting from the shuttle bus picking us up. Really helpful driver who helped us with all the bags , which was very much appreciated as traveling with a baby. Then the hotel staff checked us in so quickly and, again, handled all our agate rite up to the room. Great and speedy check in service , and the pool at hotel was top class . I really enjoyed this hotel . Perfect for a few days stay after a Mont flight to chill and unwind.

I’ve stayed at a couple of motels surrounding Beijing international Airport before. This is by far the most beautiful one I stayed at. 👍🏼 I was actually going through a very bad time when I arrived. I even arrived very early to my check in time. The staff, even though did not speak much English, were extremely friendly and extremely accommodating, and for this the motel instantly gets a rating of a 10. 👍🏼 I will definitely be staying here again.

We were attending a convention at the Convention Centre so for us the location was good. Close both to the centre and the MRT. Outside of that, there is not much around.
It was reasonably clean without being outstanding. The staff tried hard, The breakfast was plentiful but a bit on the bland side.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ok.
A nice choice for those entering the convention.

The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Our King room was spacious with a simple yet elegant decor. The bedding was soft and the mattress so comfortable that even I, who often struggle to sleep away from home, slept soundly.
The facilities are brand new and modern, featuring a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and a well-equipped en-suite bathroom with ample and stable hot water.
The service was attentive and thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was swift, and they even provided helpful information about the surrounding area. The housekeeping staff were meticulous, even going so far as to neatly organize my phone charger.
Cleanliness was impeccable throughout: no dust in the room, fresh and odorless bedding, and a sparkling clean bathroom.
This hotel offers excellent value for money, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Beijing. Highly recommended!

My third stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to both Hualikan subway station and Shine Hills mall, which offers dining and shops of all sorts. I got a nice big room for a good rate. The carpet was welcomed but not in top shape; a small matter. The bath and linens were clean. The service was excellent, but the breakfast bar ran out of certain items like jam and butter ahead of the 9:00 am closure. Not to worry--there was plenty of food and coffee.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. Although we were traveling with kids and couldn't get a king-sized bed, the bedding was extremely comfortable. We were able to push the beds together, so we didn't have to worry about the children rolling off. The evening porridge service was excellent; it perfectly solved our baby's hunger before bedtime – they gobbled down two bowls! The TV supported screen mirroring, the internet connection was stable, and having a washing machine and dryer available meant we could wash all our holiday clothes, saving us a lot of hassle once we got home. The front desk offered an airport drop-off service, and it only took 15 minutes to reach the airport, which meant we didn't have to wake up extra early to catch our flight. This made it perfect for families traveling with young children.

Second time to stay here and a much better experience. The receptionists were helpful and efficient, my room was spacious and clean and I used the large gym to work out. It had lots of equipment. The pool is 25m too but I didn’t get chance to swim. The location is perfect in shunyi, close to local eateries and malls and the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The location was also great. It was close to all the major attractions, and it was easy to get around on foot or by public transportation. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to others.Thank you, Lambert.

The hotel front reception staff are friendly, welcoming, warm, polite and accommodating. The hotel restaurant and breakfast options are varied, diverse, delicious, nutritious and flavoursome. The environment and facilities are all clean, spacious, bright, well kept and fully functioning. The laundry room is of top quality, equipped with four commercial capacity washing machines and four commercial capacity dryers. The gym is fully functional and perfectly equipped. The room next to the conference room, the entire lobby area, the full ground floor reception area and all guest toilets on the first and second floors are perfectly cared for, bright, polished, attractive and filled with beautiful and uplifting music soundtracks. The reception area on the ground floor even offers their guests and travellers complementary and refreshing cups of herbal tea while they are waiting. The housekeeper on the floor I stayed on was so kind, warm, friendly and delightful in her manner and her cleaning and room arranging and organisation. The rooms have gorgeous views, are fully stocked and equipped with facilities and traveller supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, hair dryer, hand towels, facial towels, bath towels, bath mats, hair dryers, indoor slippers, clothing hangers, a fridge, a bronze tea kettle, coffee filter paper, coffee making equipment, tea bags, sugar, coffee, soft drinks and bottles of water. A beautiful place with such friendly, helpful and kind staff.
