The hotel is ok, no robots to send take out to the room, so you have to come all the way down and pick them up outside in the cold from a locker box. No way to adjust temperature in the room, so it was boiling hot and the only way to cool down is to open the window and let the subzero air coming in!

Facilities: Sockets, TV, and air conditioning – all essential amenities are available. However, the sockets need replacing; they're too loose, and anything with a slightly heavier charging head just falls out. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Located in a residential complex next to a nursing home, it's very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Service: You can self-serve water at the front desk, and they help with receiving and sending packages. The only issue is that the cleaning staff start knocking on doors around 8 am asking if you need cleaning, which is disruptive if you're trying to sleep in... It's super close to Wukesong Arena, perfect for concert-goers!

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. I rested well at night. This was my first stay at HUALUXE Beijing West and it's probably the most upscale hotel near the Wukesong Arena, about 1km away. The hotel has a very distinctive Chinese-style design throughout. However, the rooms are a bit smaller compared to other five-star hotels (like Shangri-La or JW Marriott). I stayed in a top-floor Executive Suite this time, and it was only 40 square meters. I'd like to give a special shout-out to a female staff member at the concierge desk who offered to take my package up to my room when I went to pick it up – I really appreciate her help! The cleaning staff on the top floor were also excellent! They'd always greet guests, and when I asked for more water, they brought a whole case to my room. The gym is also spacious, and the male receptionist at the gym clearly knows his stuff, haha. Overall, it was a good stay. The only minor point is that while the breakfast offered many Beijing specialties, the taste was just okay, especially the bread section – I hope they can improve that. I'll definitely consider staying here first next time I need a hotel in west Beijing.

I rarely write reviews, but today I'm writing one to reminisce about my unforgettable trip to Beijing. **Location:** It's less than a 10-minute walk to Huaxi Live, a shopping mall, 301 Hospital, and the subway station. The subway also goes directly to Universal Studios, so our trip went very smoothly. **Accommodation:** The room was cleaned daily, and the bedding was very clean and odorless. We stayed in a family room, a loft style, where the upstairs and downstairs didn't disturb each other, and we didn't have to queue for the bathroom. For this price in Beijing, staying in such a spacious room offers great value for money. **Service:** Due to a minor hiccup, the hotel offered us a few days of complimentary breakfast. The restaurant is on the first floor, with a lovely ambiance full of greenery. Eating breakfast there felt like my eyes were waking up. The front desk staff, both the young man and woman, were very enthusiastic and responsive. If the price is right, you could consider getting a membership from them.

The view outside the window is pleasant (facing Lingnan Road), the room layout is reasonable, the cleaning is in place, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and everything is good. Worth recommending

A bit further down is a shopping mall, great for browsing, with lots of food, drinks, and entertainment. Now, about the hotel: Service: Very welcoming. They even gave us concert merchandise when we checked in, which was a thoughtful touch. Cleanliness: The room was spotless and tidy. Bedding: Soft and comfortable. Dining: I overslept and missed breakfast. But right downstairs is a traditional copper pot hotpot restaurant, with authentic old Beijing flavor, definitely worth a try. Downsides: The bathroom and toilet share the same sliding door. When showering, water tends to flow onto the toilet floor. I hope this can be fixed. Overall, it’s great value for money. Next time I go to Huaxi for a concert, I'll definitely stay here again!

Extremely satisfied with our short getaway experience in Western Beijing! From the moment we checked in, Yolanda, the receptionist, was beautiful, enthusiastic, and lovely. She was very patient in pointing out important details since I was checking in with two elderly people. Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel environment is super comfortable, perfect for family and friends gatherings. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vast Shougang Park. All attractions are just a short distance from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was prompt, thoughtful, and patient. 👏 I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit! ✌️
