As many wrote before me: the place has seen better days ! Not only the horrible mix of "styles" shows the hotel doesn't know where to go to ...........all has this shade of old, of not completely clean........ 4 Stars ? I don't know how many were on the sky when they counted them ? I'd say maximum 2 to be generous......the word "park" seems rather to come from many parked non used items inside and outside .....at least or bathroom was redone and fine, we've seen others .........all together : many things reminded me of a recover-hospital....the elevators , when functioning , force you to meditate like Ze-Buddhist waiting for them.......

Also this year our mother was able to enjoy a nice stay at this hotel. The excellent service received and the great kindness of all the staff made the holiday even more special. A special thanks to Mr. Massimo, very professional, always available and friendly to everyone. Excellent cuisine, with a wide choice of dishes. The service is very good, with attentive and attentive waiters. Good quality - price ratio. Recommended!

We stayed 2 nights with a 4 year old. Dinner with starred chef menus, finger food and delicious dishes. Staff extremely helpful, polite and available to meet the needs of customers (we thank Victor and Esmeralda for their kindness). Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. We would return soon!

We arrived today at this hotel with the family and I strongly advise against it at all !!! Already on arrival we wanted to change, hotel that stopped in the 40s, obscene rooms, quite ugly spas, super chaotic, zero space to lie down, we had to stay all afternoon in the outdoor pool. But the super NEGATIVE note is the restaurant, the cuisine is obscene! I don't know how I can define this as a 4-star cuisine! Do not eat in the hotel if you "must" stay here! The only positive note are the very kind and helpful waiters ... perhaps because they know everything well !! Never again! P.s. I am an Executive Chef of a well-known hotel chain.

X noi posso chiudere la struttura.in tanti anni di alberghi mai capitato un 4 stelle che sono in realtà 2 sporco senza personale colazione che faceva schifo e una vasca senza protezione specie con 2 bimbi..la piscina si salva..mai più x carità 🥴

Sono stata al park hotel per un weekend fuori porta con il mio compagno e mia figlia di 2 anni e mezzo, i bambini sono ben accetti e cosa non da sottovalutare per un hotel termale, dove spesso e volentieri in altri hotel termali non possono accedervi. Struttura in fase di ammodernamento e anche per questo il prezzo del soggiorno risulta competitivo, Cibo molto buono e con ampia scelta, le brioches della colazione erano strepitose! Abbiamo scelto la camera superiore con letto king e abbiamo riposato benissimo, in formula all inclusive. Mia figlia di 2 anni e mezzo non ha pagato e comunque ha mangiato come un adulto e ha goduto della piscina a qualsiasi orario senza limitazioni, quando sará ammodernamento da cima a fondo sicuramente il prezzo lieviterà, tornerò sicuramente sia per il trattamento e il servizio che per prezzo vantaggioso

Siamo stati tre giorni in questo hotel con tutta l a famiglia. Eravamo in 8 anche con i nonni. Appena arrivati alla reception ci hanno offerto subito una camera più grande per gli anziani. Gesto molto apprezzato. Pranzi e cene nella media per il rapporto qualità prezzo ma rallegrate dalla bravura del cameriere Sig. Bruno che è sempre venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze e a quelle delle persone anziane che erano con noi. Il Sig. Bruno è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Molto professionale e bravo!!! La piscina molto ampia consentiva di stare in pieno relax e anche la grotta del sale molto carina da provare. Ginnastica in piscina con la Signora Leo veramente apprezzata. La sera accompagnamento musicale chiudeva la giornata con un ottimo servizio bar per l’amaro di rito. In conclusione per noi una bella gita in famiglia. Nella vita bisogna sapersi accontentare e vivere in positivo.

Non mi è piaciuto... le camere e tutta la struttura sono datate, non c'è segno di una qualche ristrutturazione. Anche la piscina ha bisogno di manutenzione, con tante cose "fuori uso". Il buffet della colazione è imbarazzante, al punto che una signora un'ora prima della fine della colazione ha fatto notare che non c'era nulla e dopo circa 15 min, hanno fatto uscire un paio di crostate.
