The hotel has a good location for visiting Abha. The facilities are good, including swimming pool, the staff is friendly. Large and comfortable room.

The sanitation is very good, the environment is very quiet, the transportation is convenient, very safe, the breakfast is very good, the rooftop restaurant is very unique, and the French fries are super delicious

Room was very clean and bathroom Bed was comfortable and the room can easily change the A/C Plenty of drinking water tea and coffee We arrived early got checked in early this was great as we were so tired after our flight and we were allowed up to breakfast Breakfast was ok 5/10 had a fresh omelet was lovely The view from the breakfast room was beautiful could see all of Abha Bathroom in room was clean but had no shower door so floor got really wet Overall would highly recommend staying here

I found this hotel to be less than what I expected, the main entrance is not convenient and the lobby is small, the seating areas at the lobby are limited, the staff at reception were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the service was good, the food was reasonable, car park was available.

This is one of the finer hotels in Abha, but the city isn't really a tourist destination, so you have to take that with a grain of salt. The hotel is in good condition, and clean, but the amenities are limited. The pool is small, the gym very basic, and the jacuzzi when I was there wasn't heated. I also thought the breakfast buffet was unappetizing, unless you're fond of Arab-style mezze, and they didn't have any fresh juice. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view of the city, but again the food didn't show any imagination or creativity. And I couldn't even get the espresso machine in my room to work. TV did not have very many channels, only one in English. Lastly, nobody on staff appeared to speak English. On the good side, the room had a nice big bed with lots of pillows and was generally quiet.
