Titanic Mardan Palace

We have just returned home after a wonderful 8 night stay at Titanic Mardan Palace. We are a family of 4. (Children ages 14 and 8) If you are looking for a luxurious hotel then this one will be hard to beat in my opinion. From the moment you walk in, this hotel has the wow factor. It is beautifully styled, exceptionally clean and smells amazing. Drinks offered on arrival. It is simply stunning. The family room was spacious, and had a sliding door to separate into two rooms. The bathroom was clean and the Molton Brown toiletries and personal care items that were left for guests were a lovely touch. A large walk in wardrobe with a safe which was handy. The beds luxurious and comfortable. Cleaners came in every day and made the beds, vacuumed , refilled toiletries and the mini bar. They even made our nightwear into shapes and put sunglasses on my daughter’s teddy bears which made us laugh. The cleaning is exceptional, I couldn’t fault it at all. Fresh towels every day. No issues getting sun loungers or towels. Plenty available .The scan menu app is amazing and staff on roller blades deliver drinks to your sun lounger. The drinks menu is vast and drinks are made fresh to order. On a couple of occasions we ordered drinks that never arrived but it wasn’t that much of an issue for us as there are fridges within reach which stock cold bottled water and juice, also bars close by. Mostly the drinks always arrived within a few minutes of ordering. There is even a sunglasses cleaning service. A man comes around and does this free of charge for you. Makes a good job of your sunglasses and was very happy and friendly. The food here is incredible! We ate in the buffet bar for our breakfast and evening meal with lots of choices. The dishes are all freshly made. Lots of fish and meat dishes as well as vegetarian options. Coffee/tea brought to your table. A very pleasant waiter called Mesut made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. Choice of wine, pastries, fruit. You name it, they probably have it here. For lunch we usually ate in the bistro, Stella bar, Mykonos bar and patisserie to mix it up a bit. Again, plenty of choice. Amazing cakes and coffee. Fresh fruit pots available to take away. Pizza and pasta is amazing from the bistro. The lobby cake bar is out of this world. Pools outside are cold water but once you’re in it’s fine. They were not crowded and very clean. Not saltwater which was a bonus. There is a hidden gem at the back of the indoor pool area. A terrace with a heated pool and sun beds. The indoor pool area is nice and spacious, fairly warm. Towels and lockers available. Bar in there for drinks/snacks. The entertainment at night was similar most evenings. A lot of dance/acrobat shows which were very good but could have done with a singer/band/kids disco to add variety. Entertainment starts late at 9.45pm. We didn’t mind but not ideal for smaller children. Maybe a family quiz/show would be better, maybe earlier before the main ent

A very special place, beautiful and impactful building. Very friendly staff and excellent amenities. Some niggly issues with room, no mirror in bedroom so had to dry hair etc in bathroom which had no natural light, light beside bed not working, reported first day but still not working on last day. Always able to get sun beds, Bilal at pool looked after us brilliantly, making sure we had drinks and snacks. Food was excellent everywhere. Thoroughly recommend the a La cartes, think a view of the menu at each of those would ensure more bookings as it’s not clear what you are getting for your extra cost. Disappointed that the roof bar was chargeable as we hadn’t seen anything thst suggested that anywhere, does explain why it was empty though. Yoga was good when it was on but wasnt everyday, despite the “what’s in today” on micro site saying it was. Lots of cats wandering around but they weren’t too intrusive. Lots of empty cabanas around, not very clear how much it was to hire them so didn’t bother, again though a clear indication might have made them more popular. Entertainment was almost exclusively dancers, great if you like that sort of thing! We had a great time and would recommend this hotel, a few minor tweaks and I’d have given 5 stars.

the best place to spend your vacations, both summer and winter, service at the highest level, customer care at its best, everything you need comes to you in 5 minutes at most, cleanliness at its best, a wonderful staff, it gives you the impression that you are in another world, and the food, among the best that I have eaten in my life, Asian, Balkan, European food, just come more wonderful to spend the holidays in life!

A friend of mine visited this place last year and was ranting and raving about how good it was and we took his review on board and decided to book expecting to be blown away as he has visited lots of places around the world and said this was really good. I however wasn’t blown away and possibly had a different experience than him and his family (it is a matter of opinion of course). The best thing about this hotel is the lobby which is very grand a beautiful looking. The staff for me are mostly non existent in this hotel compared to other resorts I have stayed in and everything takes an age. If you want a sunbed you need to be up at 6am to get one otherwise you will be struggling to get one as people just leave their towels and no where to be seen for the rest of the day. The food Buffett is tedious same thing at lunch and at dinner every single day. They do have a couple of Al la carte restaurants with others closed (not sure why) The beef grill one at 45 euros pp was decent. My kids are 5 and 8 and they have a kids water park more designed for younger children with smaller slides so the children didn’t really use much and the kids club was not the best I must admit half of the games didn’t work and staff not very attentive at all really as they mostly Russian and Turk so language barrier with English isn’t the best. The hotel room we got a family room but had no walk in shower so had to get in the bath to have a shower which was dangerous as bath was very slippery they didn’t clean it properly nor did they stock the bottles of water properly so I had to keep going to the lobby to get more water. I wouldn’t visit again as I always prefer to try something new.

Arriving at the hotel I was blown away by how stunning it is! Felt like I was in a royal palace. Stayed in a family room and it was really nice with a lovely pool view. The pools are huge with a lot of beds but found we were having to take turns getting up really early to get a bed, then found the staff were causing more problems ( unintentionally ) as if you left your bed, to go for a walk of lunch etc the staff would remove your towels! So on returning people were arguing over the bed as someone else had obviously seen no towels on them and took the bed 🙈 The service around the pool was really slow! Lots of pool bars around so not a problem to go yourself but we stayed in the Delphin imperial last year and bearly had to go the bar as the staff were constantly around on the roller blades, there is a QR code on each bed but I never used it as we couldn’t find what we wanted on the list! I asked for a plate of fruit in the snack bar to take to our beds to eat it by the pool but was told no I can’t eat that by the pool! We eat in the 24 hr bistro most nights, the food and service in there was 10/10 Booked the steak restaurant which is €45 a head surcharge and definitely worth it. Also booked the Italian €20 a head, this was also really good food however, the kids just wanted pizza, but the ITALIAN!! didn’t do pizza?? Baffled but the staff were really accommodating as the bistro I mentioned done the nicest pizza so sent for 2 to be brought to us for the kids which was great for us. When we got the bill the manager wanted to charge us the €20 for our son who had the pizza! He did waver the charge as we did say we were going to leave and eat in the bistro so the kids could eat but he insisted we stay and got the pizza so didn’t feel we should pay for it when we could just of gone ourselves, he was quite rude when we left and clearly not happy. The night time entertainment was really good but as it got busy you need to make your way there in good time to make sure you get a seat, again had to Que up to get your drinks, there was table service but some not great English so most of the time the order was not right so easier to go yourself. The patisserie in the lobby is amazing and found the bar service much better in there. I wouldn’t return to the Mardan Palace the atmosphere around the pool of a day is very chilled but too quiet if you have kids, not enough kids entertainment, there is a very nice kids play area and kids slides but they are too small for 12 or over the baby section of the kids pool is great but not many beds there. There is nothing outside of the hotel, we got a taxi to Belek one day about 15mins €70 return Also got a taxi to the Lara shops €25 for about a 7 minute journey! If you have kids, like a bit of a fun atmosphere day and night, like to go out of the hotel for a bit of shopping without getting ripped off in a taxi then consider looking at a hotel other than this.

Exellent experience throughout our stay. Excellent food with a variety of choices. Wonderful swimming pools. Very nice spa facilities. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. One member of staff stood out to us and we would like our thanks to be passed onto him please his name is Diyar Koporan he was our waiter on cabana 12 for four days 6th, 8th, 9th and 10th June 2024. Diyar is a credit to your hotel he provides a very professional service, worked very hard to make our days on cabana 12 a fantastic experience and is a true gentleman with good manners.
