Nice hotel, decent room but the food wasn't great. Most of the food was only warm, not hot, lunch time was the worst, hardly anyone in the restaurant most days so food left going cold. Certainly not being kept at a minimum of 63c as required. Couple of breakfasts we had undercooked sausages and warm eggs and beans, see attached photo. Mentioned it to Jet2 reps who were apologetic and were going to do an inspection, but had advised the hotel they were coming in advance!. Going back again in March (already booked so too late to change without a massive cost). Hopefully things will have improved.

Visited May 2024 for the Ironman as a family of 3. Rooms and hotel were clean but a little run down round the edges but for a 3* I didn’t expect anything more. Great location for the Ironman, a few minute walk to the beach, which is perfect for a 1 year old! The small pool was shallow enough it was waist height for a 1 year old, which was perfect too. The only downside is the hotel seems to have a serious mosquito issue, the ceilings of the walkways to rooms were covered in mosquitos, this probably is due to the open corridors to the outside. Luckily we managed to get rid of most in our room, it seemed like they came from the vents or when the door to the room was opened to get in, so we didn’t use the aircon, or keep our balcony door open, but lots already splatted on the walls in our room on arrival so we sort of knew what we were in for. So my advice would be take tons of mosquito spray/repellent! This hotel is a 3* and ideal for a budget family holiday or as a base for the Ironman. I would recommend for these. If you’re after something more luxury this isn’t your place.

We enjoyed our stay at Alcudia garden. The room was nice and clean. The resort is the most suitable for family’s with children but they do try their best to entertain the adults also. Especially liked the show of the animation team, SPOILER ALERT, the lion king!🦁 And ofcourse the Aqua Fun with Uli. The highlight of the week was the Aqua Zumba with Alicía, had a little bachata clinic afterwards in the sun it was super nice!💃🏼 Thank you so much!☀️ 1, 2, 3, musicaaaaa (super loud)🎶

Ens ha agradat molt. És la quarta vegada que venim i de cada cop es millor. Enhorabona pel menjar és un déu i espectacular. Tot boníssim. Venim amb un grup d'amics i tots han disfrutat. Tornarem i recomanam l'hotel a qualsevol època de l'any. Un 10!!!

We had a great stay at Alcudia Garden. We were self catering, and didn't use the restaurant/bar or entertainment, so can't comment on those. Our room (4208) was a little tired, but perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotels location is brilliant and the local area has plenty of restaurants, shops etc and a beautiful beach all on the doorstep. The pool and outdoor areas were clean and tidy, we found loungers on the 2x occasions we used the pool. The main pool is quite deep, but there's also 2x smaller kids pools. All the staff we met were polite and friendly. Great hotel to use as a base to explore the island. We hired a car and never had trouble finding parking outside. Would stay again in the future!

Great stay, friendly staff and entertainment crew. Great variety of food. Great appartment with a garden. A recommendation for families and couples! Good resources, clean appartment and pools, enough space for your belongings, again a great stay!

We booked this hotel again for the proximity to the Ironman transition and swim start on the beach. It has everything we need and plenty of storage space for bike boxes and cases. We booked room only but it's only 22 Euros if you want the all inclusive buffet dinner. We had previously stayed in the main hotel but this time we stayed in the palm garden, which was quieter and pleasant by the pool.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel! Food was lovely, people were friendly, staff were great! Activities were really good and the reps were great too! Especially one rep called Alicia she was brilliant. I would definitely come back again!

Excellent stay in Alcudia for Ironman 70.3 triathlon, reception staff - especially Francesca Oliver - were very helpful and made the stay special. Food is great, facilities great, position near the beach great. Looking forward to coming back again.
