Отличный отель. Сотрудники отеля спокойные добрые и приветливы тихое место номера в отеле чистые просто нет слов все было прекрасно место расположение тоже отлично. Спасибо за обслуживание

Повидавший виды номер. Обращайте внимание, что в стандарте ванная комнате не в номере, а снаружи в коридоре. Шумно, окна не закрываются, персонал только руками разводит. Написано что номер для некурящих, при этом балкон провонял сигаретами. Цена абсолютно не соответствуют качеству. Требуют залог, не понятно за что.

Останавливалась с дочерью во время командировки в июле этого года. Нам все очень понравилось: локация, уют, персонал, уборка комнат с химчисткой, вежливый персонал. Все рядом, можно пешком добраться почти до всех достопримечательностей города.

Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару
