Bad parking. Carpet in our room was duck taped. Our last day housekeeping didn't come leaving us with no towels or toilet paper. Continental breakfast was one of the poorest selections I've ever seen. Juice machine was out of order so nothing to drink.

The parking lot is very well lit, always nice to feel safer. Front desk clerk was friendly, efficient and informative. The hotel was very clean and kept up with nicely. I would recommend this hotel and i would stay here again.

This hotel could be very nice but due to lazy and unhelpful staff it is run down and dirty. Our room had dirty linens, unclean floor, debris left from previous patrons and overall a lack of attention to detail. The breakfast was bare minimum...no fruit available, broken equipment, and crumbs/spills all over the breakfast area and eating tables.

We liked the convenient location and most of the amenities offered. What we didn't like: no fresh fruit, no teas (unusual!), no hot chocolate. The closet was tiny, but there is not much the hotel can do about that. On second thought, if the location of the iron was changed, that would help! The TV was a great size for watching from the bed. Overall, we had a good stay and could choose this again.

Easy check in at 1am. They offered ski bag storage which is helpful. Room was nice and clean. Footsteps in the hallway are easily heard, but otherwise perfect stay.

We stayed for one night at the la Quinta , staffs was really nice and courteous, the room was clean. Front desk lady heard we were going to the train depot in the morning and offered us the ride to safe the Uber cost

I remember staying here years ago when it was new or Newley remodeled, now it feels run down, the room was not clean. The fitted bedsheets were not put on all the way and there was hair visible on them.

All the staff were super nice, loved the breakfast and I would absolutely would recommend this place for everyone! Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Next time we head back to Anchorage, we will be staying at this hotel again!
