晚上入住了，但是衞生間漏水，打電話給前台，前台説讓保安上來看，結果就是拿個大拖把拖一下，就簡單洗個澡就變成圖2那樣的海洋了，和前台説，前台一直推卸責任，也無彌補措施，説要和老闆溝通，結果第二天，説是攜程提前訂的，本來就很便宜了，（但非考試日更便宜好吧，本身就漲價了）無任何彌補措施，態度也差勁！！!而且房間還不太隔音，晚上外面還有狗在叫，空調還有聲音，浴巾還是爛的！！!
