The property reception was welcoming and the hotel met our needs with a nice breakfast. The water took five minutes to heat up in the shower, but then was fine. My major disappoin**ent which will deter me in the future is what I was charged changed from *******/check in to check out. When I inquired I couldn't be helped because there was no manager, and I haven't received a call or email yet.

Nice and comfortable but there was no hot water on my second night of three nights. Did not try the shower on the third night.

The staff struggled to find our reservation at check in. The first person looked multiple times and said we didn’t have a room even after seeing our confirmation. The breakfast was bad.

If you have a bad back like I do, then getting comfortable in these beds will be a challenge.
Very stiff mattress, and the blankets are extremely thin.
