Great service , helpful and friendly.
Good breakfast variety.
Rooms could do with a refurbishment, paint was peeling off walls , door leading to the balcony would not close properly.
Overall good for a couple of nights, but wouldn't recommend for a family holiday of 4 people and if you stat any longer than 3 days.

I didn't end up staying .....reserved a room and showed up to pay on property and their card machine wasn't working....very inconvenient and the man at the front desk was rude and dismissive.

The hotel was good but not as expected. No facilities for making tea in the room were provided.
The breakfast was very basic.
The fast food restaurants are not to far.
The staff are helpful particularly Jaffar.
Overall the holiday was good.

I stay at Royal hotel was very upsetting not also was I charged extra money for the hotel room when I got there the pool was not working as there was no water in it the rooms were very small if you go mile down the road I checked out and stayed in a hotel close by with a pool and it was absolutely fantastic Royal city is a very very disappointing Hotel

Royal City Hotel , Antalya is really worst hotel in the city. When we came in to the hotel and made Check-in so the first day we got sick during just one night passed in this hotel because in December the heating didn’t work. In this period of the pandemic it’s really shocking conditions. There was no hot water in the bathroom of my room ! The receptionist said me that for washing hands with hot water I have to go downstairs and there was the hot water as well……The heating didn’t work ! There was no drink water in the room. The breakfast was really disgusting as proof I’m gonna attach some photos of their buffet. The staff, service guys were very rude when you ask some bottle of water to drink they want not give it to you. I understand that the price was very low but I don’t recommend this hotel !!!
