A very nice hotel to relax in We booked a coach transfer at the same time as booking the holiday. As there was not anyone waiting at arrivals with our name, we went to the agents desk in the arrivals area. We were given tickets and directions to a waiting full size coach. Then it was around a one hour journey to the hotel. At check in we were taken to some comfortable seating, given welcoming drinks and shown a QR code to scan with our mobile phone. The QR code gave a registering form to complete, then we were given our room key cards and towel cards. It was then an golf buggy ride to our room with our suitcases. Our room was large and nicely decorated, with a spacious bathroom. The shower was a step into the bath style if a shower was needed. The bathroom had various kinds of washing gels, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and two sinks. The room had a queen size bed and a single bed, slippers, dressing gowns, tea and coffee making facilities, scales, ironing board, large safe, and a stocked mini bar. On the flat screen TV the only English channels were four news channels. However we found our Netflix worked well on a laptop using the hotel Wi-Fi. We had booked HB and when there looking at the cost of food and drinks, we upgraded to all-inclusive at the reception for several hundred £’s less than our travel agent wanted at the time of booking our holiday. A recommendation is to book a HB holiday and when arriving at the hotel, upgrade to all inclusive at the reception desk. There are many different restaurants and bars at the hotel which you can use if all inclusive. However the main restaurant serves a wide range of food and drinks, and we felt it was the best place to eat and drink at meal times. Wine tended to be by the bottle in a wine cooler at the side of your table. The main pool area was quiet and spacious with no shortage of sunbeds. The pool was a shallow 1.0 to 1.2 m deep and cold during a sunny May 25 deg C. It is easy to catch a bus outside the hotel in either direction to the nearest largish town. We used the local bus company app to buy tickets for going out, and at the town bus station (which is chaotic) purchased tickets for coming back. One day we turned right at the hotel gates and walked along a side road to the nearest town, this took around 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our holiday at Anemos Hotel, it was easy to get there, food was very good, the bed was very comfortable, every night there was entertainment to watch, around the pool it was quiet and relaxing - no loud banging music, and the staff were very helpful. The only downside we had was on a windy day the pool parasols had a habit of uplifting and blowing onto other holiday makers. Tip here is if it is a windy day, get a cabana with beds, but watch out for flying parasols. This is a very nice quiet hotel with very good food.
