Recently retuned from this hotel . Stayed in a deluxe room , bed was massive, unfortunately like many hotel rooms not enough storage or hanging space for clothes, especially when two ladies are sharing a room ! Bathroom was amazing, shower was the best I’d had . Plus two hand basins and separate toilet . We were all inclusive, usually buffed style breakfast, lunch , afternoon tea and evening dinner . Could always find something to eat only fault the food was not very warm , cold a lot of the time . Having warm plates would help a bit for main meals . Bar staff were lovely, big shout out to bar manager , such a lovely man . Entertainment was good fun , enjoyed the afternoon quizzes Never had problem getting a sun bed but I would imagine when hotel gets busier in the season this would be a problem . Would definitely return to this hotel in future

We have just returned from a week stay and it was just great. We had a deluxe room that had been recently redecorated at it was perfect, the shower was amazing. The staff we all really friendly and respectful. Great customer service, a shout out for strathis, pool bar manager, he was really nice and great with all the customers.👍👍 The food improved as the week went on, it was always very tasty and plenty of choice , but on most occasions it was not very hot. Didn’t spoil our stay though.👍 The location is great as well. Thank you for a lovely week, we would definitely return.👍👍

I won't be going back, when I first got there, went on the balcony and nearly slipped, loads of water on the balcony and there attitude was terrible. When me and my partner was leaving there tried charging us for stuff we didnt even have. Entertainment was poor too. We didn't feel welcome to the hotel and we definitely won't be going back as we thought they were disrespectful to us both.

I absolutely love, love this place its like going home from home. When I went in October it was my first holiday by myself and I had already been here 3 times before absolutely love it. Marcos and Stathis are amazing they remembers me even when I hadn't been there for 5 years it was amazing. Staff were lovely friendly and helpful made some amazing friends and cannot wait to be back in May for my 5th visit.

We visited Diana Palace on the last week before it shut for the end of the season and overall had a good experience! The customer service in all areas was top quality with the two guys working the pool bar the pick of the bunch, great guys with immense character, this included remembering drinks and remembering your name etc. The room we had was very very good. Very modern, amazing rain shower and looked fabulous! The food and drink on the all inclusive i would say was of a satisfactory standard, wasn't a massive amount of choice but was always something nice to eat. The All inclusive cocktails weren't great and they only offered the cocktail of the day on the all inclusive rather than the whole menu. Both bars did offer paid drinks which were branded and cocktails being proper ones you'd expect in a cocktail bar. There were two swimming pools, one at the back of the hotel and the main one next to the bar and restaurant. Both of the pools were absolutely freezing but there was always a Sunbed free, not sure this would be the case in the busy season. The entertainment was fun and they made a real effort to keep people entertained. This included darts competitions, ping pong, football tennis, quizzes and games etc. As for the area, it was an absolute ghost town, everything was shut, we didn't realise this but ventured into Zante town on a couple of occasions which was great! About a 15 minutes taxi ride away. There was a small stretch of beach very close by, at the back of the hotel and a short walk away, sandy beach and beautifully clear water. The only real negative that somewhat impacted on the whole trip was the wasp problem in the hotel grounds, they were literally everywhere!!! Harassing you all day, every drink spilt trying to swoosh them away! I understand this is nature and not necessarily the hotels fault but it really did ruin the experience. Maybe they could look at some traps or some sort of pest control! Never experienced this in any hotel even in the hot summer months. So to conclude Diana Palace had a lot of positives, definitely wouldn't return but appreciated the hard working friendly staff and the customer service. Many thanks.

Just got back from 10 nights all inclusive holiday at Diana Palace and we had an amazing time. All the staff are extremely friendly. Stathis and Zenel looked after us very well with drinks all day long, Marcos looked after us in the evening with cocktails and shots and we enjoyed doing aqua aerobics with Elena. The food was great with lots of choices. We had a great holiday and we will definitely be returning to Diana Palace in the future. We miss you guys already! Thanks for a wonderful memorable holiday xx

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly and they went above and beyond for us even delivering a bottle of Prosecco to the room as it was a birthday trip. We stayed in the pool room and it was beautiful. Clean and spacious - I particularly loved the waterfall shower! The shower gel and shampoo felt luxurious and the robes and slippers were a great touch We spent time at the spa too which was amazing- extremely friendly concierge and the rooftop jacuzzi was perfectly relaxing. I would highly recommend a visit there The public pools were great and the “car bar” was a particular highlight! The hotel is in the centre of Argassi and is a short walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants I would definitely recommend staying here we had a wonderful stay!

Firstly the majority of the staff are fab, especially marcos, mustafa and elena. We had an upgraded room and it was lovely, fab shower. Food was ok . Whether it’s going through a refurb I’m not sure but there is some unsightly areas, dirty and we joked did resemble a prison block. I don’t think it’s anymore than a 3 star to be fair. We weren’t told by who we booked through about the taxes so got met with this charge as soon as we got to reception, add onto that €5 per day for the safe it adds up. Thankfully our room had air con but the “older” rooms were charged €10 per day for this service. All inclusive drinks stop at 11pm. Adults aren’t allowed I’ve cream during the day from the bar either , don’t adults like ice cream haha. Have to say the lack of entertainment in a night did spoil it somewhat, we found a fantastic bar down the road Legends, fab place. There is nothing really for kids to do apart from the pools , no clubs or entertainment for them either. We were disappointed with Argassi itself sorry to say. Very sorry, run down place. Soon as you step foot out of the hotel you’re harassed by restaurants and tour reps. They’re are children and adults with babies begging every few yards. The beach, can never be described as a beach. It’s a very short patch of sand and quite honestly I wouldn’t let my dog on it. It’s filthy, strewn with rubbish and broken glass as you go down towards it. Sorry to say overall we we’re disappointed.

Wouldn't go again Check in was ok ... Room nice but could be better for the cost Food very repetitive and boring Hardly any entertainment... On evening's without entertainment not even music playing. Definitely not returning. Could be so much better
