Staff was wonderful - Very accommodating! The renovations are almost done. Rooms are clean and very modern. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is new, clean and well run. We chose it as it is next door to the convention center and could not be more convenient! Thank you to the staff for making our stay so comfortable.

We were there for a Dance Competition. There was 1 person working the bar and dining area. She was very nice and a hard worker. She just couldnt keep up with everyone. Staffing should have been way better for such a large event.

Rooms are newly renovated and we were pleasantly surprised when we found the mini fridge and microwave, which weren’t listed in the room description. Very convenient location to events, restaurants, and bars. It’ll be nice to see how it looks after all of the hotel renovations are completed soon. I would definitely stay here again.

From the second I walked into the lobby I was impressed. Greeted by kind, friendly, and funny staff, I was offered small touches that made the stay special. Hilton took this legacy Poughkeepsie property and updated it to impeccable standards. I can’t recommend this stay enough!

I would have given 5 stars except that the room I booked is not the room I got. I booked a 2 Queen Bed Suite to sleep 6 and got a King Bed suite, that only slept 4. When i asked the front desk to move us they said no queen suites were available and that they weren't even sure how I was able to book it ( i had booked 2 months in advance so this wasnt a last minute booking. No kind of compensation was offered, instead we recieved a blanket and told to use the pull out. We were staying for a weekend long dance competition and i paid extra for a suite to allow comfort and for my child to be well rested, not to have to sleep on a pull out all weekend. The staff in the kitchen/bar area were great. So kind and patient even when they were very busy.
